Now she is a Nigerian! What exactly did Nigeria contribute to this invention? Why cant we work on developing and financing our research projects back here in Nigeria? Many ideas and industrious ones are just wasting away. By the way she should consider pairing this with solar solutions, how many hours can it stay when fully charged? 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Electricity Tariffs To Be Raised Upon Power Stability—buhari by Candybob(m): 5:37pm On Oct 09, 2015 |
I am tempted to believe that there is some deceit going on here! Nigeria electricity is derived majorly from Gas, which happens to one of the cheapest source of power in the world, yet Nigerians somehow end up paying one of the highest tarrif rate in the world! Despite government paying about 40% of cost incurred by the disco... What am i missing here |

tos4u: No let inferiority complex kill you ooh, So you never see one discovery by a black man to appreciate? By the way, where did a director of an institute and a prof emeritus see the time to conduct this kind of research? All I see is a lot of students who's names have not been mentioned! |
Education / Re: 72 Years Old Discovered That Neutrone Have Mass by Candybob(m): 7:36am On Oct 07, 2015 |
I dont understand what that is all about, but nice discovery tho But I dont know why the science community holds on to a postulation as to the sun experiencing nuclear reaction as though it has proven beyond reasonable doubt! It is disgraceful and smacks of the same egomania found in the religious circle. Simply accepting that we dont know the answer because we were not there when it happened and its relevance to our lives is not established, so we should not give a Bleep how the world came about, will not kill anybody |

Politics / Re: Fulani Herdsmen Working For Boko Haram – Falae by Candybob(m): 9:12am On Sep 27, 2015 |
modath: U no get sense ni? How will all the Fulani people have sinister motive? Have you not heard of individual difference and error of generalization? I remember when i served in the North, i had a church member that could not speak properly, he spoke in a very low voice. His family wanted to poison for joining christianity but they only managed to injure him. I dont know how he escaped because i never asked! Now is that boy not a northerner? That he is good boy, does that mean his family are good? That his family are bad, does that mean other families in the community are bad? There are people in the North going about their business, but we are talking about the activity of some others. Like i said, the moneyed class (Elite) People like Sanusi who despite all his education and bravado as CBN governor cannot reason outside the performance of his dick! What does he need a fourth wife for? Does he not know that overpopulation is already a problem in this country? Does he not know that his action will influence one broke village Alhaji to marry more wives? Of course that does not matter to them, they are only interested in stoking up religious sentiments to defend their greed! And who gets to defend them if not the religiously brainwashed man that can barely feed himself, and ur likes who despite your education can barely see beyond your nose? If you have two brothers, one is responsible and the other is a kidnapper, will you be comfortable living your children alone in the house? That house will be called a den of kidnappers! In the same vein, until the other Northerners rise up and say no to religious mumuism, killings, terrorism and actually make effort to stop the nonsense going on in their land! They will remain one group of terrorist who we cannot afford to underestimate to the rest of us! Because that supposedly good man may just be a spy! |
Politics / Re: Fulani Herdsmen Working For Boko Haram – Falae by Candybob(m): 12:21am On Sep 27, 2015 |
modath: Thats not my point! Rather that you dont underestimate a people just because of the look and behaviour of their poor Moreover, we are discussing 'fulani herdmen' and not 'Northerners' |
Politics / Re: Fulani Herdsmen Working For Boko Haram – Falae by Candybob(m): 1:18pm On Sep 26, 2015 |
modath: You are making the same mistake Hitler made when he dealt with the jews! All he saw were some poor lazy ass money changers, that drank like fools and who carried religion on their head! Surely, the average fulani man is uneducated and just a cattle rearer, but there is a class of fulanis that exerts influence, having allies as far as Morocco, Saudi Arabia, even all the way to the US! When they need things done, they get it done. And when push comes to shove, those illiterate cattlemen become their useful foot soldiers! Keep your eyes on the moneyed class, and nothing will surprise you. |

Why are there so many dullards trolling this thread! Do you think it makes you look refined and polished when you put down your country? More worrying about the prospect of this country, than all these corruption and insecurity talk, is the attitude of many of our youth, who have lost their sense of reasoning and dont see anything good about the country, and this is as a result of an underlying hatred of self! Nigeria is not the problem, you are! Get a life! The OP did a good job and is worthy of commendation. If Nigeria is missing from your tour map, you are just a learner! 2 Likes |

Politics / Re: NNPC Recommends Sale Of Refineries, Buhari Disagrees by Candybob(m): 8:06am On Aug 30, 2015 |
I agree with Buhari on this point! As a matter of fact, NNPC should be made to hands off all upstream and mid stream businesses, in favor of downstream operations only! The building, operation and management of refineries should be the number one function of the NNPC. Oil swap should also be disallowed. |
