- Impeach anybody that refuses to pay salary! Nobody should be allowed to owe beyond 2 weeks from day of payment of salary. Once such an attempt is made, the director of such an establishment should be queried and if found culpable dismissed, where the fault is from the governor as is the case with this Osun, then impeachment should be initiated!
- Dismissal of unserious, not on seat, lazy and unproductive workers from the civil and public service must be allowed. Efficiency must be emphasized and time monetized.
- Without states autonomy, all attempts will be a waste of time. The federal government must release the states from the shackles of slavery that they have put around them, in their greed to control oil wealth! The state should be allowed to keep at least 75% of the revenues they generate.
- Basically income tax, corporate tax, VAT and other taxes should be collected at the state level. From which they would be required to remit not more than 25% to the Federal government.
