Choi!! Nwokem ibu akpa ezi survivor1986: So what made you think I wouldn’t have passed this exam whether I attempted to look at others’ answer sheet or not? No one plans to cheat in an exam like IELTS. It just happened that my eyes caught a view of their answer sheets. Well for your info, the person I looked into his sheet failed the exam. So I will say I fully merited my scores. Someone can’t someone cheat in writing or speaking, hope you know that. I only aired what happened in the exam. I have owned up to it. It is malpractice, I know, I accept. But it was never premeditated.
People who haved passed this exam have done similar but they haven’t said so. So stop all your ‘holier than thou’ attitude. |

Your spouse experience is not counted for score hence you don't need reference letter .You can put in work history but just show in your Letter of explanation that the work is not counted for score since you're the primary applicant incase ircc is requesting for it or remove her experience from work history and move it to personal history post ita. Obeetee: Good morning all..Good work from this thread helping people out with applications.I am the principal applicant and have gotten all documents ready but there is a little snag.My spouse who works with one of the banks in Nigeria has found it difficult to get a job reference letter in IRCC format..pre-ITA I entered her job history as accounts officer.I have looked at page 1 of this thread and some of the requirements in this scenario are difficult to get.. Currently she has her letter of employment and pay stubs since last year may from when she was employed till date..Their HR offered to write a letter of introduction addressing it to the Canadian embassy and probably state her designation in the bank but will not outline her duties nor her annual salary. We initially intended to upload the employment letter, pay stubs/bank account statements showing monthly salary and even a picture of her at work and also the letter from HR though not in IRCC format. I wanted to know if we are in order...is there any other thing that should be done?We didn't use her job experience to claim points pre-ITA but since we filled it we just have to provide evidence..Please help a brother .Thanks |

Well I didn't know she could apply as single. Fine then. Godisincontrol: If she meets the requirements for express entry she can apply under express entry and her scores will be calculated as single. Find screenshot below

I don't think you're qualified for the EE route because your husband is a Canadian. Sorry you have to be patient no matter how long the processing time for spousal sponsorship. RedDoor: It seems this thread is more active than other Canada immigration topics.
Please guys I need help.
My husband is a Canadian Citizen and reside in Quebec. Please does Quebec stay longer than other province before approving PR / visa??
I did the Family Sponsorship root just to realize 10 months after that my app was returned because my husband didn't include his job details.
I'm ready to reapply now and don't want to use the Family Sponsorship root which takes a year or more for processing time.
Please the EE guru's I want to know more about EE, I want to know if I'm qualified to use EE
Please someone with info about this question should kindly answer me. Cheers. |

Nairasurplus: Dear good people, kindly see below pictorial explanation from Canadian immigration website. The 8,7,7,7 that has been ringing bell here is not a prerequisite. You can still make it 6,6,6,6 provided your score is within CLB 7. You must not make it 8,7,7,7 to qualify. Brethren, who else is with me. As your fellow brethren, I feel like flogging you. |

After ITA your age seize to affect your PR journey efueh: At what stage does ones age seizes to affect his/her PR journey? I initially thought it's post ITA, but on a 2nd thought, I'm having a feeling that it might still have effect after AOR. When, VO will start processing the application, from MED to IP1 downwards. At this stage, what happens when next birthday clocks in the middle of this? Does the VO stop the processing based on the drop of points due to new age? Especially when the new CRS scores is below the last draw scores or the draw that gave the applicant the ITA. I'm just thinking aloud here. |

Rebarobyn: So I got the golden mail today after a wait period of 5 months and 23 days. Truly it is not a journey for the faint-hearted. I have been worried, scared, tired, hopeful, hopeless and even prepared my mind for the worst ... I would come to this thread to give myself hope and stay away sometimes not to get my hopes up...
Where I wan start, na the IELTS abi na international police clearance...abi na WES wahala...then I got to NA2, got moved to LVO and stayed there forever. Let me also say over the last few days I got a few mails from LVO, also ADR and I got super worried.
A big thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey so far.....and more importantly I give God all the glory. Congratulations |
