DDG - Awful performance, I keep saying that for an experienced member of the team, some of the things he does are unacceptable. 1/10.

AWB- Tried to move forward at times but his final third ball is always way off. Didnt put a foot wrong in defence. 4/10.

Maguire- Scored and initiated some attacking moves, but could not command thr defence properly. Was among those at fault for the second goal. 4/10.

Tuanzebe- Not good enough at this level, not just good enough. Championship level player. Very terrible player, very limited player. He should be shipped out immediately if Ole is sensible. 0/10

Telles- Anonymous in the first half, and his left back position was a high way. Grew into the game in the 2nd half, but not good enough. 3/10.

Pogba- very disgraceful performance, this is the pogba we have been seeing often in the last 5 years, very terrible attitude and drive. 1/10.

Bruno- Anonymous for long spells in the 1st half but started creating something in the 2nd half. He loses far too many possession and his final balls today are way off. 4/10.

Matic - Awful. Just Awful. how he was allowed to finish the match is a mystery.1/10.

Greenwood- Couldn't utilise Bruno’s ball very well, did had a good spell in the first half, but overall average performance. 5/10.

Rashford- good runs during the first half, Anonymous im the 2nd half. 5/10.

Martial- I like Martial, but he is awful. Top striking position should be one of our key targets. Martial is finished, i defend anymore. 0/10.

Ole: he has shown his naivety once more. No pattern, no game play, Awful and Couldn't motivate the boys. 1/10.

No one is saying it is cast in stone that City will win however we are not winning games convincingly. We can still compete and i hope we win but City's chances are higher IMO.

It is one thing to dig dip occasionally and win a game by 1 goal margin but it is another thing to keep winning most of your games by 1 goal margin. Sooner or later those 1 goal victories will turn into draws cos it is not sustainable to depend on such slim margins..

Our defence almost always concedes first and therefore can't keep a clean sheet and apart from Cavani and maybe Rashford our attackers are all off form. A defence that always concedes first needs an attack that scores 3-4 goals regularly if not banana go turn iron.

Also we have been lucky with injuries so far while other teams have been decimated. There are a couple of injuries that would hamstring us but hopefully our luck with injuries holds.

Clearly City are favourites anybody disputing that is not realistic.

In the case of our defence, they clearly need a reality check or it will cost us, but Ole can change that by charging them to be more focused in the beginning of the matches, notice that we never concede these first goals against top teams, thats might be a case of over confidence and could be addressed, our defence is shaky though.
Most competitions are won with Luck, and while its very likely that those close wins could turn to draws, the winning margin could also improve too. For 2 seasons Liverpool had no significant injuries we could be the lucky team this year. Is it me or we tend to met teams when they are mostly in form,? for example wolves and Newcastle are in dire form now, but we might meet them when they turn a corner. These things are luck and we can be lucky u know.

In the case of our forwards, lets pray Greenwood and Martial turn a corner to compliment Cavani and Rashford, those single goal wins could grow a bit bigger. Greenwood looks sharp against Liverpool last time, Ole noticed and quickly removed him not to put much pressure on him.

City could hit a rough patch. Their February fixtures is very tasty and they meet in form Monchenglabach, in UCL, City might need a strong 2nd leg to see them through, this could make them easy pickings for their next opponents in the league even if its the likes of West ham, Soton or even Leeds at Etihad who dont have any other commitments. City are favourites but lets keep our fingers crossed and watch while still winning our winnable games.

No one is running away with anything. The winner of this season's league will probably be with less than 85 points. It will be very close.

City playing beautiful football recently is inconsequential. Even when they were not getting result in the past, they were still playing beautiful football. It has always been their way.

Finally, I believe the team with more luck on their side will win the league.

Thank you boss. That was how they hyped Liverpool and Chelsea, we keep telling them that Liverpool have clear deficiencies they shouted us down, that we cant compete with them. Watch City against Covid rusted Villa, they nearly would have drew that match, there was no much difference between how we won Villa and how they did even when the side they played were not on top form. West brom is clearly a very mediocre team that leeds and Arsenal took turns to hammer. This same City destroyed Burnley 5-0 sometime this season when they were not in form. I understand that they are very good at the moment, but they would soon run out of steam when games begin to come thick and fast. Outside that their first Eleven every other of their bench players are below average or out of form. They might well win, but its not cast on stone.

Definitely, we have some tough away games. But so will City believe me. Mark this post, I know exactly what I am saying. The league is a marathon not a sprint. Its dynamic. Arsenal for example are now ahead of Chelsea in the table and 4 points behind Liverpool albeit having played one more game. One month ago that looked unthinkable. A lot will change in the coming months just wait a see.

We need to cut down our Expectations on the Team, especially winning the League. If we end up second it's actually not a bad Campaign, but it should be capped with at least a Trophy.

City are on fire, they're far ahead of us professionally and tactically. They are playing very fantastic Football. You and I know Alladyce gonna pack Buses against them, yet they dismantled the Buses effortlessly with Missiles firing from left and right.

We really need to lower our Expectation to avoid being emotionally down and losing our sanity over OGS and his Babies, if eventually we couldn't win the League. I have not seen any sign that we are indeed in for the Title Chase.

You just literally repeat what I said with a little dampener. My expectations are not high, I was among those who still maintained that a point at Anfield was a good one, A title race alone is a progress, even if we didnt win it. However, football is dynamic and it's not mathematics. When I and some others were predicting and hoping for a Liverpool slump here, we were shouted down, that its impossible, now what is happening? We can go 9 points ahead of them this evening.

If anyone told you that we will be 11and 6 points ahead of Chelsea and Liverpool respectively by this time will you agree? Considering the type of TW and early season form we had, we just have to keep plugging away and amassing important points as if we are fighting for the title and see what happens.
I still strongly believe that city will drop points. UCL and FA cup games are coming up and they still have Carabao cup final with spurs, their fixture list will be congested, their depth was tested at the weekend when they reshuffled the park vs Cheltenham and nearly lost, they had to bring in 5 substitute of their key players to turn it around. remove any 2 of Gundogan, Dias, Stones , they will be very beatable, Look at their match against a rusty villa at home, while they dominated, they required a mistake and a dodgy offside call to win, they could have easily drwn that match. They still have Everton, Villa, Arsenal, Liverpool and Leicester away and United, Chelsea and Spurs at home. You cant tell me that if they have a UCL quarter finals versus say Juve, Barca or Bayern sandwiching their games away to Arsenal, and LC finals to Spurs, same set of players will win all the matches? I dont think so. If they go ahead to win all or most of their matches, then they deserve it, coming 2nd or even 3rd behind won't be bad. The idea is win your matches and watch. Its possible.

For me a title challenge and 2nd or 3rd plus a nice cup run will signify a good season Considering where we were coming from.

Yes City is in form but this same West brom were hammered 5-0 and 4-0 by leeds and Arsenal. We are just halfway through the season. They will surely drop points. If we can win all our remaining home games and win the away games we can are expected to win, avoid defeat against City we can just edge it. When Liverpool won Spurs and beat Palace 7-0, everybody declared them champions, there could be a twist, we just need to continue plugging away and hope for the best. Even if we didn't win it, a title race signifies progress.

Thank you Doc. Fans are are joining pure haters to denigrate our players who they hate. This has been happening over the years to players like Ronaldo, Rooney and RVN. They have started it with Bruno but Bruno na tank him go just settle you with Ls sharp sharp.

Even this season that people are saying he has dropped, i find it very ridiculous, apart from one or two gamez where he is a bit off colour, his touches, ball control and game management has been okish even for a 19 year old. But some people go just join haters de overeact for nothing. I know his behaviour has been suspect recently but i mean he is still a teenager and will misbehave sometimes and make mistakes, Solskjaer is the right person to guide and manage him. I also saw Cavani teaching him some skills ansd techniques on the pitch yesterday, thats a glorious sight to behold, so he is in good hands, there are pure professionals like Bruno, DDG, Cavani, Matic and even Rashford in the dressing room to learn from.
