It is not confirmed yet. The outcome of DR Congo game is a factor first followed by October 2025 FIFA RANKINGS which will determine who plays who.
That is the correct basis for the playoffs from CAF perspective.
From the look of things if we hopefully qualify from the CAF ZONE, the main threats will be the Asian and South American
Representatives.

Bolivia has qualified from SouthAmerica. If we qualify with our Fifa ranking. We will not meet the South American representatives

I looked at the make up of Benin team, they are not minnows as some people are making them look. They are playing in very good clubs. They will always pose a threat. We Osihmen was just clinical, they were not poor.

I feel very sorry for Benin, we could have let them qualify, but in this case it is every man for himself.

You feel sorry for Benin, but when they knew it is over for them, they were wasting time and goalkeeper pulling saves all in the bid to deny us the needed goal. Abeg forget that thing abeg. They dont like us as most people here think.

Moreover tgose hyping Gernot Rohr. He tried in Benin but there is nothing spectacular, he got 17 points from 10 matches, Niger got 15 points from just 8 matches.
Little xountries like Madagascar, Mozambique etc got more points. Even Comoros ,Namibia and co got similar points. So whtever he did in Benin is ordinary

After this qualifier series it’s high time the handlers of the national team give other flank players a chance as well as ease Simon out from the team

A player like Philip Otele who hv been in hot form so far for Swiss giants Basel is a good mention

Also in defence Ekong should be allowed to concentrate on his club.

The team needs rebuilding, a mix of bright talented young players with some old guards such as Iwobi, ndidi and Ajayi

I have mentioned this before, we need rejigging.

Ekong can stay but should not be playing, at least we can just spare one spot on the squad for him.

Ndidi, Simon , Onyemaechi etc should be eased out

Nwabali caught the ball, and was not fouled, but because he felt he was the boss he had a personal belief that after he confronted the Benin player that the ref was already on his side, so he stupidly dropped the ball on the ground.

It was the ref that saved us there, because that goal was supposed to stand.

We need to drop this guy. He has caused us enough troubles already. He was clearly the reason we lost the final against CIV when he started picking up unnecessary fight against Adingra and being childish when we were one goal up.

That is even a goal. The ref just cancelled it, we are lucky here oo. They need to teach the guy the simple rule of the game
