A 1-0 win puts us at same point with same goal difference as Benin (including same GF and GA). I think head to head then applies here and Benin wins by head to head I think

A 2-0 win puts us same point and +1 ahead of Benin and should be enough to qualify us

Of course all this is consequent on another South Africa draw or loss.

Benin beat us 2-1 in the first leg. Any win against then that is not 3-2, 4-3 , 5-4 etc we will top them. Our focus is on South Africa against Rwanda that has nothing to play for anymore.

Apart from the fact that he played rubbish in this match and was probably our worst defender in a defence that had a literal kid in it, if we end up not qualifying, it's his fault for conceding that equalizer to Zimbabwe.

I get that the team is bad in general but it's his job as a captain to be one of the better players, not the one sabotaging the team. Let's not talk about his careless own goal vs South Africa.

Your points still stands oo but its “Away Goals Scored: The team that has scored more away goals in matches between the tied teams is ranked higher”. So its away goals between us. We scored 1 away goals against them, so if we keep clean sheet against them and win we go above them. If they score 2 they go above us. Its very very tight

Nope, any win gets us to equal points 17pts . We need more goals. If we can run them riot, then its a chance. but SA still stands a chance of topping. All they need is a win however slim.
