Yes he is in Portugal now. Even me, I have personal issues too, and I school and do tough assignments and work too to carter for my family and parents too. The school on some occasions do extend submission time for me, and wave class attendance issues for me, but when you submit your essays and write exams, you have to actually pass, nobody will pass you due to your personal issues. You can even defer your study till you are stable. I work too, I do get days off(without pay), I just dont get punished for cancellations, I can be allowed to go home early, come to work a bit late, take longer breaks. But your performance even if its not top notch, it shouldn't affect the progress of your institution, if it does, you must either take time off or resign. In my case stop picking shifts. So Lingard should not be hounded, but he must develop thick skin or resign. Man United have shareholders, i dont think they are interested in Lingards personal issues, Points will not be added to United on the league table because lingard has issues

But it has limits. Its not out of place for lingard to request that with the level of competition in Man United, coupled with the size of the club, that he didn't think he can cope with the pressure of consistent performance at the top level, in the light of his personal issue. Ole is not helping with his selection and tactics. It's obvious that with Martial up front, CBs can go take a piss and nothing will change so why is Ole still playing Martial up front when we have Ighalo who would have the CBs ruffled? Martial and Greenwood both want the ball to feet most of the time, Mason is even better at making those runs but both won't fight for every ball like Ighalo would. If we must play 4 - 4 - 2, let Ighalo pair with either of Martial or Greenwood until Rashford is back or switch to 4 3 3 or 4 2 3 1 and have Martial cut in from the left and James/Greenwood from the right.

Honestly Ole did not help matters last match, even when we were on top in the first half, our attack was not working, its very blunt. Ole would have removed Greenwood for Ighalo and shifted Martial to the left. When Ighalo came in, the difference was clear, same with against Brugge. In the Summer Sancho is a must to be frank. We also need a new CF, Ole can still keep martial as the top striker, as he is quality, but he needs support as plan B.

Everton grew into the game as we were not threatening, so an experience manager like Ancelotti will always want to capitalise. If Ighalo had entered at the beginning of the second half, we would have been better. Meanwhile we were even lucky to come out with a draw
