If Rangnick comes certain players might struggle to adjust to his style. People like Martial, Greenwood and Pogba might struggle while Lingard, Sancho, Fred might flourish. Even Ronaldo is not ideal for his style but he is the GOUT so can't be dropped.

Ronaldo will adapt, he clearly loves Man United and really want us to win things, he also got good mentality. Greenwood is still very young and can be shoehorned, he is not lazy, he was just learning from his senior colleagues who are lazy.

Valverde is a lazy coach that slept multiple times during matches. He couldn't get his team to the UCL final even when they were already one leg in but Poch against all odds managed a UCL final despite facing a money team.

I have always said sacking Amaka wasn’t the problem. Appointing the right successor is key. There is no critical thinker on that board so apart from pure dumb luck there is nothing to say that they will pick the right choice.
