Business › Re: Help. LASTMA Seized My Vehicle! by capitalzero: 3:31pm On May 10, 2019
stephenponti:
Good day to all.
I happened to be unfortunate in securing a decent job, I had an only alternative to run cab services with my Golf 3 having made unsuccessful effort to secure a newer car on higher purchase, for Uber / bolt ride sharing option.

Today 1:00pm I parked @ Adeniran Ogunsanya Street Surulere. The LASTMA swamp in in their tens with several towing van stood each on every car parked on the street, Until every vehicle on the street was hauled to their Iponri office towards costain.

I felt like i was been robbed at gun point, as i watched them insist that the car has to be towed instead of been driven, even after politely handing them the car key.

Zoom they left!

I sighed franticaly and heavily. Knowing that my worst fear in the line of the job just consumated. The thought of scounting for helps to sought out their exorbitant fee almost set my foot in dis-exuilibruim. Having been already burdened with deficient leverage to supply domestic demand @home.

I staggeringly strolled to their office and inquired from the desk officer, whats the fine for parking on the street. go and pay 75thousand he bluntly retorted. I simply sorted out a soft spot and sat to observe the situation as others besieged same office to retrieve their vehicles.

Few that have Ogas @the top restrieved their car almost same hour. I approached an officer trying to explain my financial predicament worsened by impouding the vehicle i solely depend on to put food on the table. he refered me to another, then to another, until I felt my marrow gasping for relief.

I felt for the first time why people take their life, or commit heinous crime, because the society seems to clamp down on persons engaging a legitimate ideal to earn a living.

7:15pm I have to think of where to hibernate till daybreak as the back seat that doubles as sofa bed has been confisticated. Most time i pass the night in the car if i fail to meet up with fair to fro Surulere-Ajah where i domicile.

Now i am consumed by the thought of how long the night will seem, because of the travail on how to bail my car. As for my state of mind now I only hope that Gods grace give me more succor.

So I thought, wish and pray that God send me an Angel by morning who will help plead my case. You may act in place of that Angel and help in any little way. just in case my typo is contorted just know it precipitated from a depressed thought.
those who are worshipping tinubu, and hailing fashola will not comment on this. ambode tried to stop this nonsense. apc policy in lagos is making life difficulty for people. most policies are designed to extort people. fine for traffic offence should not be more than 5% of national minimum wage. If fine is reasonable, most people will glad to pay officially but because fines are outrageous , officers enrich themselves through bribery and corruption.
for the young guy, if you have to borrow money, try to get your car out of that place. I wish you the best.

Lagos state on the other hand is where tinubu get his illegal monthly pensions, free medicals for him and his family, free cars every 3 years, new houses in Lagos and abuja.

Seriously you are making it so difficult for me not to insult you. The link you shared even stated that it's "primarily" for the cause of death.
I ask again how does a coroner report show intent of action which helps a judge determines if a case is manslaughter or murder?
So much for someone arguing with his brain.
have you been in court for murder case?Have you seen a comprehensive autopsy report before?I am very sure you have not seen any. read the link very well and the note the following

""forensic pathologist performs autopsies or post mortem examination to determine the cause of the death. Following the procedure, the pathologist is required to create an autopsy report, which will contain the following opinions: The pathologist will list whether an injury or disease lead to the individual’s death and the circumstances surrounding the death, meaning whether the death was accidental, a homicide, a suicide, natural or undetermined.'''

cause of death and manner/circumstance of death are very critical in autopsy report.

also from link

''examine tissue specimens under a microscope to identify the presence or absence of natural disease and other malignant agents that will better elucidate the cause of death'''
How do you understand above statement?
do you know that someone with cancer complicated with anaemia may die quickly from a stab injury compared to otherwise healthy person.
all those details will help judge to understand circumstance of death as well as cause of death better which determine severity of punishment.

Bro I understand how frustrated it becomes when you argue with someone who continuously misses the point like a drunken sailor straight-line walk.. The facts are.
It was a fight caused by act of rage and madness which arose due to bench-struggling. It ruled out pre-meditated (murder),assuming it was after the fight she went inside and planned the attack as revenge then the murder angle might suffice.

Secondly coroner report only states reasons for death and not the intention so judges don't rely on coroners report as a determinants for sentencing rather the prosecutors only used that to prove that the stabbing was the cause of death.
So you are absolutely correct in your assertion.
coroner report states manner of death and causes of death. If you have not seen any coroner report, argue with your brain.

gist will vary from country to country.
A forensic pathologist performs autopsies or post mortem examination to determine the cause of the death. Following the procedure, the pathologist is required to create an autopsy report, which will contain the following opinions: The pathologist will list whether an injury or disease lead to the individual’s death and the circumstances surrounding the death, meaning whether the death was accidental, a homicide, a suicide, natural or undetermined. The report will also document all wounds and injuries found on the corpse.
When conducting the autopsy, the pathologist will collect and examine tissue specimens under a microscope to identify the presence or absence of natural disease and other malignant agents that will better elucidate the cause of death. The pathologist will collect and interpret a series of toxicological analyses on fluids and body tissues to determine the chemical cause of deliberate poisonings or accidental overdoses.

Guys.
If Nigeria had a commission or council instead of a president, rigging the election would be impossible.

1)The math involved in rigging is to allocate the most votes to a single person:Buhari.
Rigging is easy if you want to elect one person. angry
But what if Nigeria had a council/commission instead of a president? How would you rig the election then?
You can't rig an election with 5-12 people as winners.

2)If a single person controls INEC,hes going to abuse his power, including rigging himself back into power!
Why wouldnt Buhari/APC use INEC to stay in power? They control it!
If Nigeria had a council/committee instead of a President,No Single Person or Party would control INEC.
Because each member on the council/committee would belong to different parties/different geopolitical zones!

Just try and prove me wrong!
that is best firm of government. how can a man who cannot manage his household be ruling a nation of 200m people. it cannot work

answer my question. have u seen coroner autopsy report? How many times have you been in court witnessing murder cases? what are different degrees of murder? if you are criminologist and you do not know how pathologist report can influence judgement then I smh. If you someone with existing health problem die during fight with someone and pathologist states that deceased has existing health problem, defendant lawyer will argue in that direction and first degree may be ruled out in that case. even head on collusion, some drivers or passengers though had injuries but autopsy revealed evidence of heart problem and they could have died of sudden cardiac death. in some cases, body injuries may not be sufficient to kill patient. what if a driver died of cardiac problem after collusion and vehicle somersaulted thereafter with after death body injury. in cases of unnatural or suspicious death, lawyers pursue pathologist for autopsy reports to argue their cases in court

So I went to see the higher powers that govern the activities of the earth and we carved out the frame of the most possible way that WWIII is most likely to start. So it goes thus:

As always Germany always starts the World wars:

So Germany will become over populated with Arab Muslims due to this immigration stuff going on, who will then work their way into the political posts and try to make other European countries accept Arabs. Many Countries will disagree and the ones who agree(mostly due to fear and wanting "peace"wink will join forces with the Arabs and attack the European Countries who didn't accept Arab Muslims. These will create two alliances. USA and Russia might fight due to their ideology of Capatilism and Communism and other political thought and ideologies.

Other Wars during the Third World War will include:

●Iran seizing the opportunity to quickly attack Israel.
China and Japan getting into a war due to their historical wars and with Vietnam on the side of the Japanese.
●North Korea quickly seizing the opportunity to invade South Korea.
●India and Pakistan at War.
●Northern Nigeria Vs Southern Nigeria.
●Northern Cameroon Vs Southern Cameroon.

Possible Outcome of the War:

●Civilization might get destroyed.
●Change in World Powers.
●Many countries wiped out of existence.
●Islam becoming subdued, placed as an illegal religion or being wiped out.
●Mankind might destroy itself parmenently and God and Mother Nature will have to create a new Earth.
What I know is that world war 111 will be religion war and islamic nations will be at centre of war. the war will destroyed one third of world population. there will be pandemic that will destroy more world population. at the end of chaos, world population wi be less than 100millions. that will be the beginning of new world order. new nations and interest groups will form. these ones will also fight among themselves use stones and metals. any group or nation that will be formed will be the foundation of one world government.

to be continued

you have no idea about primary and secondary cause of death in autopsy report. You have no idea about various degrees of murder and intent in criminal law. if someone is stabbed in stomach , he may die complications of stab injury if rescue is delayed. If someone is stabbed in heart, within 30 min that person is dead if knife is removed. If knife is intact, chance of survival is possible if there is cardiac surgeon in top notch cardiac centre. people can be stabbed or shot in head and still alive if cerebral oedema can be prevented or trauma vital centres.. with good care, such individuals may suffer permanent neurological deficit or in severe cases brain death. in some climes brain dead people are still alive and their organs may be used for transplant pirpose

“The people who abducted me were Fulani herdsmen and they had four guns and multiple rounds of ammunition as well as different dangerous weapons.
He called for community policing as well as provision of employment for the youths, adding, “idle hands are the devil’s workshop.’’
“I also thank the security operatives, the entire OAU and OAUTHC communities, our families, church members and all other well wishers for their prayers and other support rendered,’’ he added.
