truly common sense isn't common. It is illegal to stop on some expressways talkless of on a major bridge unless ur car is faulty abd even at that u will be accosted by law enforcement.

shut up olodo, where is regarded as an illegal spot? who made it illegal to stop on a bridge? in what constitution & law was it stated that no human must be seen walking or standing on a bridge? what if there's a change of plan and the passenger wants to alight and go back, so you expect the passenger to first explain his/her situation to you as what, a stranger & driver? yáll steady spewing trash!

We have overbearing and unruly riders and as an experienced transporter I know how to treat such people...I have actually driven an unruly rider to the police station what nonsense

you will quickly drive to a police station and obviously write statement, that what? when your passenger is there screaming and framing you up, letting them know how you tried to kidnap her; or you think the police will believe you? there's a difference between stopping to your death and stopping a passenger. The driver wouldn't have stopped without observing the environment, when he knows robbery could have happened. You don't know how this passenger would have sounded and acted. My point is, nobody should blame the driver, he didn't cause her death.

Be like say common sense if far from u. A passagercannot demand where he drops if it is unreasonable or not safe.

The 3rd mainland bridge is not a bustop or anybody house. u drop a passenger there u must be arrested immediately.

who tagged 3rd mainland bridge a dangerous stop? arrested by who? who has made it a law in lagos state? you're obviously not normal; and you think the driver would have been dumb not to look around before stopping a passenger or you think as she requested to be stopped, the driver just match brake gbam and she came down..do you know what would have transpired or how she would have scolded him? so a passenger will tell you to stop for instance on Eko bridge, you will tell the passenger you can't park and stop because it's not a busstop , then you'll keep driving & speed off with the passenger; try this with a scorned/angry woman and pray you survive to tell your story.

The uber driver is an accessory to the crime if not the killer.

Do you know how she would have scolded him to stop or even threatened to harm him? if anything happens to the driver who will be held accountable? what if she screams and says he's trying to kidnap her; seems you don't know some women; just pray you don't come in contact with an angry female passenger. A passenger can stop anywhere and at anytime they like, the highest you can do is request for your money and end the trip. You have no right to hold a passenger on ransom against their wish. where a passenger stops is not your business, your business and job as a driver is to drive the passenger to any destination of their choice, get paid and get the fvck out. You have no right to tell a passenger were is right or wrong for them to stop.
