Well, the first Senior WC I watched was Mexico 86. I also watched little of Euro 84 and AFCON 84(though without much interest). I only watched because I saw people watching and had no choice but to watch.

My main issue was his handling of set pieces. He was flapping around and missing almost every ball but I should also add that he looked more comfortable when I watched him in la liga. For one thing he was actually catching crosses and not punching at them.

I think that was due to the ball, degea complained about it been hard to grip.
