I am a strong advocate on shared responsibility on repairs and maintenance in ehailing. But I have thought on it for a long time and always ask myself this question 'who shares health responsibility with the driver when he is ill or his family is' … So to this extent I have come to the conclusion that every party has to share in each other responsibility .. From now we proposing that every driver on our fleet gets a health plan which partner and driver contributes to have it in place. The health plan will cover some members of his household too. So that brings us back to shared responsibility on repairs and maintenance on the vehicle... YOU SHARE IN MINE n I SHARE IN YOURS...QED

Now the game changes here, if in 3months repairs is below a certain amount, he gets paid a BONUS. The bonus can be half the repair budget for 3months and it increases as long as repair costing stays below a certain amount.

Lekki is water-locked yet it commands more value that Mowe that is not water-locked, that is the perception of value.

Maybe in the near future a KIA RIO might command more value than a Toyota Corolla that is also a "IF".

Resale value is perception of worth. People pay 5 million naira for a 3 bedroom in Lekki whereas the same 3 bedroom in Mowe or Ikorodu commands just 250k. That is perception of value.

If landlords in Mowe hoard their 3 bedroom apartment, it would still command the price at which lekki's 3 bedroom cost. (Perception of Value & Worth).

if every one moves to mowe.. perception of value changes ... E.g. amen estate owners felt they were losing out cuz no one was buying .. Then came the boom and amen estate is on every one lips..

Resale value is just perception..if all Kia rio owners in Nigeria decide their Kia rio's are worth more value & refuse to sell cheap.. What do you think will happen to the price?

Somebody like you will probably jump at same corolla for 1.4m and feel it was a great bargain.
