You guyz are not asking the right question(s) here. I think the question should be; did GAZZUZZ told the buyer the condition of the car? I mean, did GAZZUZZ told Scott that the car has a bad engine and gear? If he did, his job has been done, if he didn't he should be blamed and should also refund the guy's 20k he collected.

Scot biggest mistake is trusting Carshopper and GAZZUZZ with his hard earn money.

How I wish I can just put u thru.Oil and Gas business is not something I will type on paper and u will execute.it takes a long process and mentoring.Depending on ur location, u can make move to apapa and meet couple of people i can direct u to for direct mentoring as I don't hv time to do it myself.For the december profit, u will need to be liquid enough to move d deal. Have u left ur house in Maryland ,have u pack ur tutorial school located in Maryland or are u still double dealing with partners cars using 2 drivers on one car ,one drivers in d mornin and the other in d evening,why are u not advertsing ur fleet managing company again ,simply cos ur not proud of what u have done with peoples hard earned money.i pity the Mumu that will fall into ur trap as u can only use pen and paper to collect all his due payments. You hv driving so many cars as u started uber driving exactly 2015 so claiming 1year on uber is like ur denying ur person.Uber is my side hussle,My mainstream business needs money now as it's our season to make huge profit.i can still buy better and newer cars when am done with my biz so don't be fooled.Business is about using different strategies to achieve a purpose which will yield profits .So be wise as serpent.Anyway u fraudsters hv short memory always forgetting ur victims but the victims never forgets.

 We write this with deep anger in our heart.we are taxify drivers here in Nigeria.

 We wish to bring to your notice that if urgent measures are not taken,taxify will lose 75% of their drivers to another e-hailing company.Taxify should remember that we the drivers made them what they are today.UBER was misbehaving then in Nigeria.we did a peaceful protest and most drivers switched to taxify.this is about to happen to taxify very soon.taxify staffs here in Nigeria are so unprofessional.they block people account anyhow,it takes taxify 10 good days to do fare review wheras UBER takes less than 1hour to do their price review.once a rider reports you to taxify for an issue,instantly taxify blocks your account without even knowing what happend.they will never give you chance to explain what happned.a rider broke my friends phone and he reported to taxify but taxify did nothing to it.taxify match towards destination does not work here in Nigeria.you would set for taxify to match your destination towards point A, taxify will give you somebody going to point Z .we have told them that if this feature is not working properly,they should remove it from the app.if you have any issue and send mail to taxify,they will never respond to you.you call them on phone,you'r wasting your time because nobody will ever pick.drivers are not happy and will soon dump taxify and switch to other better e-hailing app.we decided to write this because we are tired of the way this guys treat us here in Nigeria.we are given taxify from 23/11/2018 to 30/12/2018 to restructure their modus of operadum else we show the world what they are doing through social media.

Vividly, I remember 2 years ago, Uber was very classic, exotic cars with 5 star drivers come to pick you up, jeeps come to pick you up, sweets and were offers to you by drivers, water and pnuts were offered to you by drivers, I used to be one of those great drivers on uber. Uber grew so strong and enjoyed monopoly, they disregarded, maltreated drivers and became a small g god that wasn't accessible. We woke up one morning at the close of 2016 to read on news that uber slashed their fares by 40% without considering the cost of car purchasing an exotic vehicle and maintaining it. I am one of those drivers who sat and made sure uber paid for their sins. By doing so, we swept to taxify abandoned Uber with their rediculus fares and maltreatment. We made sure riders got limited access to rides when needed.

This affected uber so much that their office moved from Ikoyi to Maryland. For the first time, I saw uber running adverts and begging for partners and drivers at every shoprite in Lagos. Uber standard dropped so much that today they accept cars low as 1997 models as against 2008 models when they started. I call this "Collapse of an Empire".

Taxify capitalised on the errors of Uber, then promised diver/partners better treatment and income.

In less than a year, Taxify became a scam to drivers, roled out un-achievable incentives/promos, poisonous rating system, deducting their 15% from toll gate money, not rewarding a driver when a rider dosent pay fare or complete fare on a cash trip, blocking of drivers without proper investigation on allegations laid and poor GPS coverage.

As if these wasn't enough, we woke up on 16th Nov, 2018 to read that taxify has further reduced their fares by 15%. To most riders ,it's a welcomed development, while to most drivers, it's modern slavery.
I no longer drive with Taxify, but my advice to all are as follows...

In the next 4 months, expect more downgraded cars to come pick you up on trips, expect cars worth the rediculus fare charged by Taxify such as 1994 model of cars which would be worse than yellow cabs.

Expect more cancellations and rejection of trips from drivers to and from forbidden areas such as satellite Town, Abule-egba and arears with bad roads and terrible traffic. Reasons because, it's not worth the stress on cars.

Partners expect a reduction in your weekly remittance money. For instance, 15000 to 25000 weekly at most. If you can't accept that, drive your car yourself .

Lastly, until Taxify decided to learn and accept that drivers are the life wire of the business , your days in Lagos are numbered .

The guy is on HP. Either 30k or 35k it depends on the agreement BTW the two parties. Carshopper is collecting 25k because his drivers are involved in the repair. Others collect 35k and bear the cost of all repairs. Its all about individuals.
