Have you seen the rigging by ADC in Anambra?

Tjra:Obi’s career is already dead! |
One thing for sure is that Jonathan cannot win. He can alter the dynamics but he cannot win. I think he knows that too which is why he has said to those urging him to run to bring back Atiku and Obi to PDP first. I guess he clearly knows he can’t win with PDP as it is and is therefore unlikely to run. |
One unknown lawyer using her to gain recognition. |
jaxxy:MKO Abiola has been a politician since the 1970s. He was the main financier of the NPN, His so called business empire was intertwined with govt. even concord newspapers was established as a mouthpiece for the NPN. In fact I need to check but he was already in politics before the 1966 coup (confirmed below….. he was state chairman of NPN in 1979). Nigerian soldiers are politicians. They’ve been running the govt since 1966. OBJ, Buhari and Abacha had been either ministers, governors or/and members of the SMC or AFRC since 1966. As for obi and Otti. Managing a state is not the same as managing a countryq. It’s easier to step into government at state level than national level. Accidental politicians fail at the national level. Examples being GEJ who wasn’t in control of his govt and Osinbajo who was sidelined in govt even referred to as a mere commissioner and lost his polling units and was humiliated in the primaries.
|
jaxxy:It generally has to be. The job of a president is more about managing politicians. If you can’t manage politicians they will overwhelm and destroy your presidency. |
ogunsbanjul:Kalu is unelectable, NOI will not sell in the Muslim north. Brilliant as she is, she is Female, Christian and Ibo and has no political experience. Another problem with NOI is that although an Ibo, she is not technically from the SE. the powers that be will view her candidacy as a problem because it won’t silence the agitation from the SE because the SE will still say they haven’t had an Ibo president. |
Johnbulll:That’s why he isn’t marketable. If your votes were alone to make him president then his opinion as a non ibo voter would not matter. This thread is about marketable. Marketable is not about who you the ibo man likes but who the market (rest of (Nigeria) will accept. You can take a winter coat to Russia and Canada and sell loads but it is unmarketable in Nigeria no matter how brilliant the design or quality of the winter coat. You can do adverts and marketing campaigns till the chickens come home, it won’t sell in Nigeria. If you want to sell a product in Nigeria, you bring one the Nigerians can accept…one suitable for the Nigerian market. Trying to market people like Obi and Abaribe is like trying to sell a winter coat in Nigeria. Ab initio he is a bad product for the market. I keep telling people, everybody acknowledges that Awo would have been a great president but he never became president because he wasn’t marketable outside Yoruba land….. Tinubu and OBJ became president because they were marketable outside Yoruba land. Yorubas don’t like OBJ but that was who it took to produce a Yoruba president. The day you people understand that your opinion does not matter and that what matters is the opinion of the non ibos is the day you begin the journey to an ibo presidency. Your fixation on Obi has set you back 40yrs because as it stands, the next southern president is coming from the SS which means the next slot for the ibos is 2055. None of the people mentioned in this thread wil be in the reckoning then. The youngest of them Obi will be 94! You have to understand your market before you attempt to market a product. You are not the market! You don’t decide for the market and try and force it down the market. Assuming Obi is even a good product, the product is not the market. You don’t conduct market research by asking the same people who created the product, you conduct market research by asking the target market. The target market are non ibo voting public. When you see an overwhelming response of Umahi and Soludo, and a rejection of the names listed that is your market research. That is the non ibos telling you the type of a ibo candidates they are comfortable with. The choice is yours. Continue to push an unsellable product or introduce another product. |

Lalasdiva:Are you ibo? If you are let me explain what marketable means. Marketable means someone acceptable to the voters who can make him president. Since ibo votes are not enough to make him president, marketable means someone the non ibos will vote for. Cancel Obi and Abaribe outright, they are IPOB. Non ibos are not going to vote for someone sympathetic to IPOb in deed or in words. Ngige and Otti don’t have what it takes to win a presidential election Right now the only marketable ibos are UMahi and Soludo. Anyone mentioning NOI, or Bianca does not understand Nigeria. Has there been a female governor? Yet you want the Muslim north to vote for a female Christian ibo as president. Slow down on the delusion. |
Nigerians are just a bunch of comedians. Nnnnnnnnnn |
McboG:Again I didn’t read your entire post. Read your Bible or Koran. Or watch animals in their natural habitat. Perhaps I should also suggest you go back to school and relearn English. A woman’s role is nurturing is not the same as a man should not raise his child. I never said that. That’s your interpretation. That is down to poor English comprehension on your part. In the Raising a child a father and a mother have different roles. It’s why children without fathers always exhibit certain attributes. Because only a father can do them right….because fathers and mothers have roles designed by nature and much as you may want to wish them away you can’t. If you do consequences will manifest on the child. I’m done with this topic. Do what you want with your life. |
Tinubumustgo:Show me where he resigned from PDP Xxxxxxxcvjfjdjdjdjdjd |
Tinubumustgo:I hope you know he was a member of APC and remains a PDP member |
MissJoy29:I didn’t read your post because I know people like you and I know the heist of what you are saying before you say it. Are you happy to have a well playing job and have a man who doesn’t work and stays at home to nurture and has entitlement to your money? Are you happy to fix your car yourself, deal with mechanics, plumbers, electricians etc yourself etc while your husband sits at home to nurture? If you are not happy that your husband is not working or fix things around the house, does not handle things like dealing with the mechanic, then it means men have roles and despite what you say, you want a man to perform his role! We also want women who know respect and understand their roles. That I do something occasionally does not mean it is my role. Simple! |

nedu666:Jesus wept. This is why people like you are hungry. What do you mean nobody places gardeners on salaries? I pay my gardener every month. He comes twice a week. Which cave did you crawl out of? Whether you are full time or part time, what you pay the gardener is his salary. They don’t go bushy every week is exactly why he can Cover many residents in the estate. Like I said he can do as little as an 1hr work to half a day or more. Upgrade your circumstances. Making excuses is why People like you end up working for people who didn’t go to school and paid peanuts. Instead of you to ponder your life and where you have gotten it wrong you are denying 1st hand report from someone with knowledge. Are you also going to deny that plumbers, mechanics and electricians make more than professors and most graduates? You’ll be shocked how much the some artisans and people educated people look down on make. They make not be rich but a lot of them make a lot more than most graduates. The problem with western education in Nigeria is they programmed for jobs and not to think outside the box. They slapped a N36m tax bill on Peller, the guy is a drop out! Something is wrong with our education system in Nigeria. Below are 2 quotes for jobs I had done in my house. One was for a blocked Soakaway chamber and one was to do some electrical work. In both cases both jobs took 1 day or less. See how much I paid in Labour on both instances. These guys are not graduates. They have jobs everyday!
|
nedu666:When we produce graduates ill equipped to think, this is what you get. This is why you are hungry in a land of opportunities. This is why Peller who didn’t go to school is employing masters degree holders for the job of a camera man. The gardener has multiple clients in the same estate. His salary goes from 30-65k a month depending on the number of times he visits the compound and the size. The time he spends in each property varies from 1-2 hrs to half a day depending on the work he has to do. On average he visits 2-3 properties a day. If you are prepared to work in Nigeria, you will never be hungry. If your degree is worthless to start with and feel as a graduate you are waiting to be employed because the world owes you a job, you will forever be hungry. This is he reason why many graduates are unemployed or poorly paid because the teachers and lecturers who taught you earn less than gardeners, mechanics, plumbers and electricians. You can’t be better than your teachers. |
anonimi:people have always been hungry. they were hungry under Balewa, under Gowon, under Obasanjo v1, under shagari, and so on and there will always be hungry people. but those who want to work and use their brains in this country will always make money. there are 200m+ people. that is 200M+ opportunities. we are paying for the false prosperity of jonathan. what you thought was prosperity was what they call giving a man a fish instead of teaching him how to fish. tell me what infrastructure GEJ built in this period of prosperity? Infrastructure creates jobs. it attracts investments and companies, companies employ people. if someone gave you money toeat or easy life but did not create the infrastrucutre that will create companies that will employ you, is that really your friend? Say what you may about Buhari but nobody is spending 12 hrs driving from lagos to ibadan and that road will be there for decades, same with rail, 2nd niger bridge etc etc etc. |
descarado:blocked |
chukwuwendu:you people are very shallow in your thinking. When Tinubu started his reforms you and your master obi were pointing to Argentina as an example of what Nigeria should be doing. can you give us and update on Argentina because you people have been very quiet on Argentina? The reality on the ground is that there has been a one time adjustment to reality. Inflation and the exchange rate have stabilized and we have stopped living a lie. The reality is people are hungry and others are laughing all the way to the bank. I was talking to a gardener he has many homes he tenders, he told me he does 2-3 compounds in a day...he makes N500k a month. Some people will always be hungry but in this same country some people are making money. If a gardener earns 500k a month you have no buisness as a graduate earning N200K. the problem is you. Peller was given a bill of N35m in taxes, he didnt go to school. if you want to work in Nigeria you will make money, if you dont want to work, you probably were probably already hungry even before TInubu became president. |
descarado:we can also see how eradication of the traditional roles of men has done to the societies in the west and the rise in gay men, single mothers etc in Nigeria. |
cococandy:I didn't lament. i simply told you the reality of the life of a man. its not abandonment. Children will not have your time in your old age because they are busy with their own lives. they may come to visit you for 1 hr every week or month or call you for a few minutes every now and again but in reality they are not there. Children prioritize their mothers not their fathers. its only when you are sick they have your time. Nobody said abandon your children or be a stranger to your children but "nurturing" is a mother's role. Look for 10 men you think were role models in raising a family according to any definition you want who have died. I can guarantee you only 1 of them (maximum 2) was in regular contact with his children before the died. it is even going to be worse in future because most children end up abroad. In fact, go and visit any Uncle from 60 plus whose children have left home and whom you regard as a good father, find out how frequently his children visit or call. In fact wen last did you vist or call your dad, for how long how frequently? The men who experience frequent presence from his children in his old age are generally wealthy men where the children are simply protecting their inheritance. |
cococandy:A mans role is not nurturing, a man's role is to provide financially, give security , provide structure, and provide direction. stop trying to feminise men! modern women want to abandon their roles eat their cake and have it, no wonder society is falling apart! |
Babangidapikin:i find this kind of talk nauseating especially coming from a man. the role of a man is to procreate and provide. the role of a woman is to procreate and nurture. if a woman decides to have other "dreams" outside her role, it is for her to make it work without disturbing the balance in her home. the children belong to both parents. stop this nonsense of your children. The reality is that in life the children benefit the mother more than the father. most men end up ignored later by the wife and children in life despite having children wherasmost women end up being looked after by their children so stop this emotional gaslighting of "your children". if you let your wife gaslight you with this "your children" nonsense by the time you find out youve been manipulated and what marraige is really about it will be too late. Most men who live to old age die miserable and with regret despite having children because they didnt prioritize themselves. Support your wife yes but as a man dont be gaslighted into adding a role that is not yours, life is hard enough for men with little benefits or appreciation. |
Repackaging of sidechicks. Was this not the one that one grandfather's children were warning her to leave their father alone? |
Easyincome24:My prediction is that the girl who wrote that list at 40 is one or a combination of the following: 1: single mother 2: Side chick to one or a multitude or married men 3: divorced 4: single! |
dalitigator:I said as much in a different thread. casualobserver: |
SmartPolician:sorry eh! all this good news and the frequency of it is really paining you people! in Wike's voice "as e dey pain dem, e go dey sweet us! |
