For mine, I had to change strategy as advised by many.
So, instead of speaking clearly, pronouncing clearly, making pauses at commas and full stop, etc which were the popular strategy,
I just went with speaking uniterruptedly fast and even had to mimic the tone of newscasters, lol.
I was someone else for 40mins of the test oh; even Bnimz said he had to use a lady's voice, lol.
You also need to have an emergency strategy for questions you have no clue of;
NAVJOT BRAR on Youtube currently has the best emergency strategy.

Whichever works for you, go for it.
But you can't know until you test it.
Hence, the Gold scored practice test...

I didn't add a baby to mine, but yeah, you'd have to update DIBP of the change in your circumstances.
They would then respond advising you to complete one or two forms depending on your case.
Your application would be put on hold for about 28 days to allow you complete and return the form(s) with any relevant attachments or supporting documents that would help them in making a decision on your application.
