My seller is having mixed feelings since I told him about you guys. He went to your site, saw the feedbacks about some people waiting 2 to 3 months before they got their package and he became worried. He was thinking does he have to wait that long until ir receive the package and confirm it on ebay before the money will be released to him??
So I need to ensure him by answering these questions:
- when your US office receives the package, is there anyway for me to communicate with the recipient in order to affirm that the package received matched the display item on ebay?
- but personally, I think the best bet here is for me to see it my self, so how long will it take me to receive it?

-It is the exact item you place an order for on our site that we purchase for you. Our US staff verifies once the items are delivered and you recieve a mail telling you that the items are prepared for shipping.
- It take 10-17 working days to recieve items, you can also check how long it would take the vendor to deliver to our US office cus this also affects the delivery time.

Most certainly yes, you may order from the deal zone at ebay. If it is a time based deal, you can call our customer care representative on 08102723294 | 01 7746464 and inform them. So that the item is marked as urgent and it is quickly purchased by our staff in the US.

Again yes, if the vendor is not in the US you can order the item. Be mindful however of the delivery period which might be longer than normal and this would in turn extend our own delievery time frame.

The mail that you recieve when your items are prepared for shipping should indicate between 4-10 days as ETA. You should check properly if the 2 business days as delivery time from the vendor is not expedited(ie you pay extra for it). Maybe also the vendors delayed on delivery, there is only so much we can do if this happens. But we update the status as soon as we recieve the items from the vendor. Thanks!

st joan: ihave gone through the site and i will say its a great thing for us here. but i just wanted to add this; i think u guys should have a pickup centres in most of the cities. this is because, he numbering system of our houses are sometimes a problem. i for one,live in owerri and want to order for clothes through the whole sale site, but my shipping address is a problem cos my area has no numbering yet as it is a developing area. what can one do in this case. and also is it possible for one to place order in more than one site at the same time?

No it is not true that we can't make purchases won in bids on ebay! We have in the past made purchases for items won in bids on ebay!

And corrected you will be, What you need do is win the bid, use the winning price to place the order, send us an email with your log in details on eBay and other relevant info, and the item/s will be yours.
