For example i shop 10books in the same store,i would be charged once not by 10.also ur system make a lot of mistake.for example i pick sea freight option but d invoice show billing for air freight.

Hello, Thanks for your honest critic, we would also love if you would tell us specific areas where we could make our shopping experience a lot better for you! Am not clear on what you mean by "policy in store". And we do not charge you 10times for 10 items in a single order. We would look into the issue of the invoice showing a different freight method, keep in mind that there is a minimum freight cost when using sea freight. So if your items are not large enough it would be more profitable using the air-freight option.
