I notice the guys selling at Slaughter round about use it. You can ask them or any person using it around you that you want to buy one.

Another option is to enter mile1 with that pic and ask around. You just might get lucky.
Thanks for trying, been considering the asking too, but I think I'll try mile 1. Thanks again

Sadly, you may have proffered a reasonable advise, but keenly, in all candor; "Not coming back" is quite unfortunate for our national development as we continue to lose our gifted Diasporas who ought to replicate sustainable institutions upon return to Nigeria.

We can't continue to thread this pathetic path of national neglect, bury our heads in theSand, turn a blind eye and expect a miraculous transformation in our economy in the future. Stimulating an economy out of recession or projecting an economy towards development is not by mere wish nor voodoo practice! It is by taking responsibility!

The future demand no less.
Sorry bro, if na you you go come back abihuh
The way it is now, let everybody hustle for his stomach, if she's there she'll be useful to herself and global economy, if she comes here she'll spend months or years looking for job and soon one pot bellied old man will start asking to sleep with her,no gain to anybody. So it's even better both for her and the world at large, that she remains there.

After resisting the urge to comment on this matter for so long, lemme say why don't you leave whoever wants to be deceived by some well packaged LinkedIn profile to believe whatever they want, when they come into the real world they'll understand better.
I laffed so hard when I read 'the sky is your starting point if you're really smart and brilliant in shell'. The young man said it with so much assurance. People should learn to forget the ideals and deal with the real world before beating their chest on whatever.
Sorry if I derailed the thread but I just had to let this out!

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Sahara Group Graduate Program 2017 by cc150615(f): 2:53pm On Apr 27, 2017
Congratulations to all the successfuls, recruitment started in February and ended in April despite the 'many stages'. successful candidates would resume maybe next month, no unnecessary suspense and looks transparent enough, I just remembered what I said at the beginning of this thread when some ppl were badmouthing the company,
I don't have any attachments whatsoever to Sahara but with the way employers and recruiters treat job seekers in Nigeria, when we see people doing it right, we should appreciate them.
Btw I heard peeps were reimbursed transport on the final interview.
Congratulations again agroronnie and co.

Hahahaha. cc, iz it me you are finishing like thishuh huh Anyway, it's a matter of months before I know what really is obtainable because I was asked at the interview of what I will do if my superior increases interest rate on loan facility given to customers and if I notice my boss is engaged in fraudulent activities at the peril of the bank what will my reaction be?

My responses to those was that I'll report it and that's truly me. I got hired. I'm not sure they expect anything different from me.
Noone would say otherwise in an interview, even the ppl that act otherwise when it happens most times just didn't plan to act so from the start but somewhere along the line they mingled.
Btw, my point wasn't really whether you'll report or not, it's what will result from the reporting, whether the perpetrators would really be brought to book or you might even become a victim of sth I can't explain. Let's not dive into workplace politics cos we won't finish the story today.

amicable09:
You mean ML?
Why do you say so?
Is it because it is often concealed or because the connected and too rich are powerful and sometimes seen as being above the law?

ML in the past thrived because it was somewhat difficult to track such stuff but right now, I can tell you that anyone that goes unreported is not because it wasn't seen but maybe deliberate effort was made not to report it.
On this note I have to agree with sapiosexuality that you're talking about an ideal situation, in the real Nigeria we all know what's obtainable, if not how many money launderers, even the ones that were caught with evidence, have been apprehended; for example .....not to count the ones that were rich/'smart' enough not to get caught .....all these grammar you're blowing are just theory dear, you'll understand better when you get into the real world.
I'm not saying anyone should walk gallantly into a shady deal, just agreeing with sapio that the law is enforced only on the masses, here in Nigeria.

I think that PTDF is marginalising the local scholars. I am yet to read one from foreign scholars on here.

What pained me most is seeing PTDF giving scholarship to someone who didn't write the test or interview. And, most importantly, to someone who does not merit it.
Actually I know quite a number of overseas scholars that still have some hitches with their payment too. I'm beginning to lose hope in the whole ptdf thingy....after all the hype we used to hype them.

The problem with the nigerian Christians is that they don't even understand the Bible, the don't read the Bible like the Muslims. Nowhere in the Bible where Jesus claims to b God. Nowhere in d Bible where Jesus said worship me.
@the bolded, since you claim to know the Bible now go and read Jn 10:30 since you refused to believe the Jn 1:1 that was quoted for you before. Now believe it or not, Jesus is the only begotten son of God(not servant) , but Jesus is God and even the Holy Spirit is God, because God is 3 in 1. But unfortunately I'm not expecting you to understand it because the same Bible says spiritual things are only spiritually discerned and cannot be fathomed or understood by the carnal mind.
For this reason, I won't reply your quote again because I know you'll quote me, because no matter how much I explain you can't understand it except God (The Holy Spirit) reveals it to you. So my brother, do the needful.

The conversation lasted for like 30minutes while the whole exercise lasted a day, with a tea break, lunch with a staff, team work, aptitude test and a time to meet fellow applicants+ #5000 for transport...

Since then, i know a good company immediately i step in to write their aptitude test....

Most HR departments in Nigeria needs a complete overhaul...
The bolded is golden, you know I actually wanted to say this yesterday when I started seeing the comments of the interviewees and use the opportunity to call out all the ppl that said nonsense Sahara Hr when this opening was advertised but I said lemme wait until ppl get offers so I'll have enough mouth. I'd rather have an hr use non conventional testing methods as far as they use merit an also ethical in their recruitment. Sahara recruitment is usually fast no matter how many stages without unnecessary delays in between. When you go through some coys recruitment process, even if they don't employ you, you just can't be bitter against them, another example is unicem, a coy I ha an interview with in calabar some years ago.
Anyway, thanks for seeing what I'm seeing.
