If the church is not licensed to conduct marriage and so what he has is a church certificate, he is not legally married.
Ppl can have children LEGALLY without being married, as long as the kid's birth certificate carry his name as father.

NLNG recruitment process takes quite some time. It could span between one to two years. If you are involved, wear patience like a cloak.
They wrapped up gt recruitment this year in less than a year and will likely do same for the experienced hire.

Anyone with Ielts listening tips please I’m stuck at 7.5 sad
Concentration is key, also actually read the questions before the recording for each section is played, that way you can have an idea of what you're expecting to hear and you'll recognize it faster when you hear it.
Then, immediately you realise you've missed an answer, don't make the mistake of trying to crack your head to remember what you heard, move on to the next one, else you'll miss even more in the process of trying to remember.

I have read the recent discussions on this thread about WES evaluation.

I would like to ask for your best advise on which of my academic certificates to evaluate.

I have ND, HND and B.Tech.

ND - 2004 to 2006
HND - 2007 - 2009
B.Tech (HND to B.Tech conversion through Jamb DE) - 2017 - 2019

The B.Tech was for 2 calendar years but 3 academic years were done within that period (300L to 500L)

Considering the timeline of the certificates, which combination should I evaluate with WES that will give me the highest CRS score possible for me?
Nd and HND will give you the highest score which is 2 or more certificates. Also saves you cost and stress of trying to get bsc transcript, since it won't give you any additional point.

Good day all, I am a data analyst and finding it hard to choose the correct NOC code. However, I did some research and most people suggested NOC 21223 (Database analysts and Data administrators) I have checked the requirements and I do not find the job descriptions compatible with mine. Please data analysts who have gone past this stage help a sister.
Look at data scientists noc, I think it's 21221, it should work for you.

Alberta also has family connection. I think uncle is accepted.
Alberta is only sibling, even spouse siblings don't count. And it's sibling plus NOC in demand not just sibling.

I’ll appreciate if you/anyone has any info on how to go about the tax documents. LMIA has been secured by the company!!! I’m currently working for them.
If tax was deducted from your salary at your previous employment (you can verify from your payslip) then you should contact the HR dept of that company for your tax certificate. If that is not the case, then go to the internal revenue service in your state, I think they have a way of calculating what you'd pay and they'll give you the certificate, they're the ones who can advise you best.

I may be late but a man was wicked enough to abandon his pregnant wife in Nigeria, going away with her passport and someone opened his mouth to talk about apology, testing her maturity and massaging ego. I don't even care what she did or did not do,that man is Lucifer's incarnate.
Please get your passport from him if you can maybe have his parents talk to him (going through an immigration lawyer may cost you so much except you find someone who wants to do it pro bono) or just declare it missing and try to make your own plans for yourself and forget that man ever existed.

LAUTECH transcript is so easy, just apply online, pay online and fill your bio data with the address you want it to be sent to.

LUATECH will deliver, and they even respond to mail swiftly as soon as the evaluation body contacts them for verification.

Mine took 3 weeks last year I did it.

Good luck!
Thank you. The person I'm asking for actually said he's having issue with the payment on the website, looks like a technical glitch. I've asked him to dm them on Twitter tho, I see them responding to ppl there a lot.

They better open doors. It's been so hard to hire people in this Canada... As a recruiter, you will literally be begging people to take your employment offer. It's evident that Canada need immigrants... They can't survive without it.
Y'all (recruiters) too should hire ppl from outside and get lmia.

Rejection story and judicial case. NOC related. PNP scaled through, IRCC didn't. Sad. Cross the "t"s and dot the "i"s for PNP but also do same for IRCC also.

We shouldn’t see it as if they’re only trying to help us alone. There are a number of benefits for them in this too. It’s simply business. I’ve done my part, it won’t be out of place to ask them to fulfill their part too.
I think I need to add my bit to support this point. We don't have to bring inferiority complex into this just because we are used to mediocre service in Nigeria; the moment ppl got ITA and applied and paid application fees, ircc went into a contract with them that they should keep to or at least explain why they can't keep to it, that is standard professional service. And please miss me with that story of they're only trying to help you; no they're not, this isn't a refugee or asylum programme, they are attracting top talent around the world to support their economy (at any point when they no longer NEED ppl, they will stop the program) so it's a win-win for both sides not that they just love you so much and want to rescue you from Nigeria. If that was they case they'd just give anyone that applies PR without any scoring or anything.
Me sha I'm pre ITA so I'm not really as angry as post AOR folks but I believe they have a right to be angry and ask all the questions.

LOL Its their country
It is their country, but a contract is also a contract (covid was a valid excuse but I don't believe it still is, especially since the vaccine came and you can insist on people being fully vaxxed). In the news a few weeks back, there was a couple (Indian, I think) that actually sued ircc in a court in Canada for delaying their application for over 2 years or so. The court ruled that ircc should make a decision on their application in 30 days or pay them a certain amount. This was despite ircc sayin the delay was due to security checks that are beyond their control. Not saying that anyone should do this sha, cos if I'm ircc na to give them rejection and move on.
This is in reference to ppl who have applied and paid application fees o. We that are just in the pool no get any contract.

Good day to us all. Please, I want to inquire about what option would be best for me to take now, given the delay in FSWP nomination.

I am currently in the Express Entry pool with a CRS score of 473 points.
I clocked 30 this year, have a master degree and would be completing my PhD early next year (so there's the possibility of raising my point, even if I drop 5 points on age factor).

I work as a data analyst and my work experience is registered under the 2172 NOC code for "Database analysts and data administrators". Although, I have some most of my documentation ready, my POF is currently saved as a liquid asset (USDT) because of the volatile nature of the Naira currency.

I really want to seek an advice on if I should wait for the FSWP to resume, or should I just gun for Ontario or British Columbia PNP?

Please, I need an advice on this.
Gun for any PNP you can get bro, you have nothing to lose. except offcos the extra application fee.
