You can't switch, you'll finish one section before getting papers for the next section.

I can categorically asssure you it is scam, shell would give you appointment letter in hardcopy not sent to ur mail, nd instead of asking you for whatever money,they'd even throway small change give you for accepting their job. So keep your money and ignore/insult the sender as the Spirit leads you.

It's amazing how some ppl have Internet to post their phone numbers here for ppl to help them check but can't use that same Internet to go to the website themselves and check even after the link has been posted. Nigerian graduates, wake up!

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you earlier, I spoke with an agent and he says he has a mini flat in Yaba for 450k, 45k agency, 45k agreement and a 50k caution which will be refunded if you don't damage the house. He's going to send me the pictures, once he does that, I will upload the photos here.

It's not a fantastic house, you can get better houses for that budget in Yaba I think.

No it is not true that agency and agreement is fixed at 100k. Agency fee and agreement fee is 10% of the rent of the property. Some agents fix agency fee to 50k for any property lower than 500k in rent while some collect two years agency but this only happens on the mainland.

I don't have a selfie in Onikan but I have in Lekki and environs ranging from 350k to 600k.

Lekki is quite far from dt area. Do you have a competent agent on dt axis that you can recommend?

Finding a house with an incompetent agent is hard work. There are certain steps to follow as an agent to get the right house for the client.

You could state your budget here and preferred location and me or other agents on NL will be more than happy to get you that house you can call a home.

That's the same project proposed by Amaechi, approved by PMB but removed by reps through budget padding saga.its unfortunate GEJ did not think of develomental projects such as this for SE and SS.

I live in Port Harcourt and I know that there's a train that leaves here once every week just like the lag own, and goes through ebonyi,enugu n some other SE states,all the way to the North and stops at Kano. There is still another one that plies Port harcourt to Aba 6 days of every week. So is there another SE and SS y'all are talking about
