damilarelr: Treat your teeth with Hydrogen Peroxide weekly so as to discontinue the discolouration process. Make use of baking powder in brushing your teeth after using normal toothpaste. Baking powder will peel the discoloured enamel. But if your teeth is almost transparent, with a yellowish colour, sorry, you have washed away the enamel with hard brush and strong toothpaste. It'll take time to grow another one. Keep using Hydrogen peroxide to maintain the colour. You can get it from any chemist shop around you.

Haven said that, brush your teeth twice daily, immediately after breakfast and when you're about to sleep in the night.
