cdoffx: Yeah finally thru reading up missed posts.
Drill this morning is gonna be handled by shawrygal so lets await her while i give commentary of yesterday's drill.
13C Alpha Team whose members are Sotenna and Cdoffx won by having our flag on the hill before anybody. Immediately the drill started Sotenna was running towards the mark just then hopeyemmy from wetn be that him team name self tried stopping him. I never know say he no strong o, one jerk from Sotenna na him make him sleep till afternoon yesterday.

While other teams were trying to block themselves from the mark. Alpha team was busy rooting out every obstacle now the flag with cdoffx. Banttie and Saintalone wanted to stopped me, both coming from opposite direction. Very simple to handle, just jumped over them and the two of them kissed each other.
Mhen the action was just too much to finish telling you guys but in the end Sotenna hoisted the Alpha team flag at the mark making us the winner. *Dancing alingo* with a bottle of palm wine shared with brotherly love between Sotenna and Cdoffx

Sotenna: Got this from a friend, I don't know if it's a joke though, I've been laughing since I read it.

I was driving down the road and was just about entering my street when a policeman suddenly opened my rear door and jumped into my car and quickly shut the door after which he turned around and noticed he wasn't the only one at the back seat.

Beside him sat my giant well groomed but fierce looking German shepherd.

Then the following discussion took place between us.

Policeman: Ah! my oga where you dey come from?

Me: (with a the worst frown I can put on) From the hospital.

Policeman: Sorry Oh, you dey sick?

Me: No na the dog.

Policeman: (now sweating profusely) took a sneak peek at my dog and asked, why dey tongue stick out like that?

Me: Ah na so e dey stick out if him wan bite person oh!

Policeman: I beg how you dey take open this your door? Na since wey I notice the dog I don dey try open am.

Me: You no sabi as you take open am? Follow like that open am now.

Policeman: (now visibly shaking like a leaf in the wind) I beg I'm very sorry, please help your brother out.

I took pity on the poor guy and pressed the automatic switch that controls the doors and the door was opened and the policeman practically dived out of the car and ran with his heels hitting his arse as he ran for his dear life.

euromoney: Kudirat is dead, Mustapha is free. The question then arises who orchestrated Kudirat Abiola's death? Another unsolved murder case to add to the already bulging murder mysteries in Nigeria's history..Smdh

Hezron Lorraine: I was already sympathizing with the bandwagons of 'he was only following orders' till I saw this.
This is a very interesting point of arguement that the prosecuting counsel could have made use of in court.
There's a good legal fronting in his case,he's favoured by the appellate court.

jchime: In the military setting, the master dictates the tune, and you have no right to determine the legality or illegality of a senior officers orders. You just carry out the order, in almustaphas case, he was an ADC doing the biddings of his master who in addition happens to be the most powerful military man. Who are you to question his orders.

Reptyle: Fair judgement for a man who was about to be made a scapegoat for the atrocities of an atrocious era, while his paymasters continue to flourish in the corridors of power.

Shame on IBB, Abdulsalam, Jerry Useni and the rest of them who were all senior players in that era but chose to sacrifice a mere foot soldier like Al-Mustapha to assuage the thirst of Nigerians for justice.

May the souls of Kudirat and all the other martyrs of democracy rest in perfect peace.

jchime: Thank God, he was a military man and was following the orders from the military powers that be.....obey the last order. If they want to sentence the killer, they should go and get Abacha but since he is no longer there, make his family compensate for the mans death

Sotenna: I'm warming up to do something I did three years ago...which is beating up a policeman.

I've got this neighbour, a policeman, this guy incessantly beats his wife, most times just outside their house in a public view.

If you marry a lady you've to accord her maximum respect, I'm not big on love things, but I'm speaking from rational sense. If the bond that brought about the marriage can't hold any longer simply come to an understanding and settle the issue like human beings worthy of being part of the 21st century.

If a policeman behaves like this what will ordinary citizens do?

I've thought of calling in his fellow cops on him, but it won't possibly work.

So I'm planning to give the man the beating of his life, I told him that this morning when he was about starting his wife battering routine, and that threat momentarily stopped his insanity. I usually tell people before dealing with them.

When I was in year two in school a policeman tried extorting us on our way to a burial ceremony, a bus full of students, I had him beaten up, it didn't go down well with me either, cos they traced me to my school the next day, I was locked up and got my own share of the beating.

But that's a chance I'm willing to take again.
