99cent: lol. so u would much prefer military rule? u already miss ABACHA?Why did you cite Abacha and not Murtala. Personally it doesn't matter to me Khaki or not, its the personality there that matters |

kingblosky: Why then did Jesus come in the first place ?. We pray God to forgive us our trespasses but we Nigerians never want to forgive . Jesus even pardoned a thief on the cross.!! Have you forgotten ? .. I see Nothing wrong in what Jonathan did.if i come to your house and i rob you of some millions that is probably meant for the operation of a beloved one of yours which eventually led to the death of the beloved. You'll be the first person to advocate for pardon for me, right? |
THE HULABALU OVER PRESIDENTIAL PARDON GRANTED BY GEJ. So many people were worried about GEJ'S Pardon - but why. => THEN YOU NEED TO SEE THE LIST OF PEOPLE PARDONED BY PRES. BILL CLINTON. Below As President., Bill Clinton granted pardon & clemency to 456 people, thus commuting the sentences of those already convicted of crime & obviating a trial for those not yet convicted. On 20th Jan, 2001, he pardoned 140 people in the final hours of his presidency. Some of those pardoned include: 1. Bob F. Griffin- 4mr speaker of the Missouri House of Reps who was serving 2yrs on bribery charges. 2. Anold Paul Prosperi- Florida Attoney convicted tax fraud. 3. Melvin J. Reynolds- Demo congressman frm Illinois convicted for bank fraud & obstruction of justice 4. Dorothy Rivers- Convicted for $1.2m theft. 5. Peter McDonald-Servin g 14yrs for fraud & racketeering. In all of these, no International community heard or sanctioned anybody And yet The Same US didn't say anything when Bill Clinton did this. But When it happens in Nigeria, it is now a never-heard-of and having insults from some bloody sentimented people. We must give GEJ the needed support to succeed and Nigeria will move forward. Courtesy: https://m./188963351169695 The Social Voices Of Umeh Town - Delta State, Nigeria.
which means if Obama should should embezzle trillions of dollars today it will also be justifiable for GEJ to embezzle trillions of naira. This doesn't look like a sane logic to me. |
Mr evildoer: Make dem kill am jare...the guy sef don do some bad for the past, there must be a reason for the threat.seeing your username, it would have been totally insane to expect something better than this from you |
JideJamez: Abeg this military people they just feeding Nigerians with lies about defeating boko boys......abeg kill the JTF spoke man for me after all he's being paid with tax payers money to Die...fooolish soldier...up bokoharam...abeg no come lagos o "Eyin Baba Oko mi" Eko o ni baje ojust looking through the thread without intention of commenting but seeing your reply i can't hold back this reply, "you're a very big fool, even if he's paid with taxpayer money to die for us should the need be, so its your own joy that he should die? The day you kneel down in the morning to pray for the boko boys to blow you to pieces and your prayer is answered, maybe then they will kill him. If not may God never put his life in their hand." |
Great job by jtf.... One minute silence for the security operatives who were KIA. God bless my Fatherland, Nigeria |
Was about asking what does he know about democracy...but lets wait and hear wetn he go talk there |
T9ksy: So Ademoyega's account is the ONLY source to buttress your asertion?which account could be more authentic than the one from the only surviving 5 majors who're the coup key plotters. whats the prove to your so called fact about he being the last recruited. Maybe we can start from that but there's even no point whiping a dead horse |
ACM10: I have the book on my shelf, but yet to read it. Graciasyou'll enjoy reading the book and will also add to your knowledge base of the coup |
T9ksy: And what does Major Ademoyega knows exactly about the coup, itself.sir your comment here shows you know little about him and his connection to the coup. Go read why we "why we struck" and we can then start talking about him, his mindset even before and while joining the military, the involvement in the coup e.t.c. Till then there's nothing to talk about regarding him with you |
Nice one but as it was said by those who commented earlier, work on d story linkage then try not to write too much update at a time. Doing this could make reading boring. Its an interesting story |
T9ksy: Source, please.read "why we struck". Major Ademoyega wrote it himself except you want to insuniate he was paid by the ibos to write the book |
dayokanu: Are you saying Nzeogwu was right for killing other regional leaders and sparing Igbo leadersi never said so, neither did i read that Akintola and Ahmadu were unarmed civilians when they were killed |
Inspiring and motivating. Valuable lessons noted in my brain |
aurenflani: Who do think you are talking to? Which bloody Yoruba tribe do you belong to or interest you are serving? Just say the truth about your instinct and motive that you are only guided by the fact that Akintola is a Muslim. That's how you keep on deceiving your kin by hiding behind ethnic affiliation well you despise your brothers for being Muslims. Bloody hypocrites.mtcheew. Whats my business with Akintola being a muslim or not. What has religion got to do with politics. In fact i think you're only insuniating what you do and believe as what others to do. I do not segregate people because of religion even though i'll not stay with you in a lonely corner lest you pull out your dagger to slaughter me, its what you hausa people have been doing over and over again. No offence to you just saying the reality |
tomakint: You are the true son of ur father for saying the truth without mincing word! May ur days be longamen and you too |
Seun: I certainly did not write the above story or create this thread. I merely posted it on the home page to entertain Nairalanders.then do it fast |
Judging from the reactions of Nigerians to the victory, i believe if we have course to be happy like this then we will be happy to say i'm proud to be a Nigerian. I mean when job is guaranteed, poverty is alleviated to a negligible level, in short when there is something to make us happy each day we wake up from bed and we will say oh, i'm happy to be a Nigerian. Till then i doubt it |
I'm even less particular about the millions that would be lost in economic transactions if the bridge collapse but rather the number of lives that will be lost. |
Is there anyone in this field in the house |
Hi, since i was in school i've always though i'm not gonna write applications but be an entrepreneur. But for long time i've been considering where to start from, now my mind is settled on agriculture. Can any professional in the field give me an approximate sum of starting a plantain plantation on like 1hectare of land. Thanks |
Smooyis: If this Doc Kanayo has had d same tribal mentality like many of u on Nairaland, he wouldn't have had d love and urge to do dat kind of a thing for d fulanis. I mean he would not have been his neighbours keeper. He would have harboured hatred and misgivings about d fulanis and hausas. Here we are now praising his good spirit and patrotism. But more importantly dis should cause change of attitude to occur in our hearts as well by we learning to leave above tribal and religious differences. This is d only way we can grow as a nation. Bravo Doc.no tribe is holding anything against the Hausa/Fulani they're the one who take every other tribes as their mortal enemy and slaughter our people. I think your preaching should be to them to have a change of heart. |
First of all i believe you can only define true love with respect to yourself because its only your mind that you truly know. So my definition of true love is the love you've for that partner that is so big you could almost give anything to sustain it. now to the question of if one can find true love once or many times. I do not have an objective answer to that but my subjective answer from my few experiences in the past is i've never been able to love anyone as much as i loved my first girl some 6ys back even till this moment. And when i'm confronted with the big question will i take her back if she comes back even when i'm in a relationship my simple answer is i prefer not to talk about that. Having said all, i really wish i could find someone to love above her because it hurts that i love her so much but she's not there(neither her makings nor mine though) |
pekelepekele: scammer tomorrow you will want to contest for chairmanship in that area and then rip them seriously . That is how Nigeria is as of todaya very pathetic comment. Kudos to the corper guy |
thank God for your life @ OP |
