Kai. I would doubt if I was his member. This is one reason I lost my faith. I discovered other belief not in line with mine were hogwash. The day I decided to be on the fence... and what about when I stepped into the shoes of other denomination and belief, it became clear.
Mr Sule is cleaning on his closet cause he got lot of skeletons in it.

What match was that and who were the top midfielders.

Funny logic so we are using one match to judge a players quality, Mikel has consistently shown over his career he's nothing but a dumb ox, leave it at that.
Hope you won't die of heart attack when he returns to captain the super eagles against South Africa. You must be new, all newbie shades mikel on this thread to gain relevance.

My concern is that its too early. His star status have not been cemented

@Certitude,

What is happening to you is very natural!!! I do not know how to describe it in layman's terms, but members of Current 218, refer to it as the rekindling of the "Black Flame"(The Black Light in the Outer Darkness) which has remained dormant in you for years!!! The Black Light is allergic to lies(talking donkeys), tyranny(if you don't pay your tithes, then god will not bless you) and all sorts of self-deceit(angels are protecting me with their chicken wings on their backs)!!! The force is in you and the force is very strong with you!!!
Many of these things were ridiculous but I never thought deep. It's always "God knows best."
On Nairaland, some arguements were those thoughts I had one time or the other. e.g What made Esau a bad guy and which famished wouldn't sell his birthright for food to survive. "Of what use is my birthright to me if I die."
I still have no conviction though.

hopefulLandlord: what type of paranoia are you talking about
here? an elucidation would be useful
A religious cat is always fighting what is not there. My mum was always fighting a perceived witch with her prayers. My friend in school are always apprehensive- we had our project approved just two weeks before exams- they already feel something is against them.
They already know my stance, they already told me that my experience with my supervisor will make me acknowledge GOD.

I'm keeping it a secret from my parents and my uncle with his wife. They are going through a lot and i can't afford to tell 'em.
There are lotta things i can't say here.
Christianity EtcI Lost My Faith. by Certitude(op): 7:17am On Mar 12, 2017
Though things have been tough lately for me, it is no reason for my decision. I've been skeptical since I was a kid but my indoctrination was the strongest anyone would receive, so it was almost impossible to view myself deviating. But here I am today.
As I stated earlier, the troubles I am facing are no reasons. The main reasons are:
Conflicting doctrines which are all backed by the scripture;
Paranoia shown by religious folks despite having the backing of a superior being;
Inconsistencies in religious books;
Unverifyable miracles- before theist jump on me, all miracles I have SEEN (emphasis on seen) are nothing that couldn't have taken a natural cause. Attempted miracles to the unnatural have always failed (in my presence) even to a dumb man speaking.
I would say my mind is still open if these doubts can be cleared.
PS . I don't totally doubt miracles because the numbers may rubbish any doubt but i have not seen any clear miracle.

I am not understanding. You brought it out from your dream to real life to murder it?
No o. Because of the heat, I slept on the floor. I dreamt where I saw a scorpion of the same size crawling on the floor before I woke. Being irreligious, I jokingly cited the bible verse that talked about "trampling on serpent and scorpion" . It sounded ridiculous though , I went bact to sleep; lying on the floor.
Fast forward to morning. My younger sis called me to kill the scorpion, the same size i saw in the dream.

We did not qualify for the nations cup because we did not present our best players.. Individual errors are part of the game. They will always happen. We were not strong enough to beat Tanzania away with Onobi in the middle. We could not beat anyone away from home. The quality of our displays were poor. Gambo Muhammad and Egwukwe were at the confederations cup.. Poor, poor players..

I agree with the last part.. The truth is If we had a Nigerian playing at the level/standard of the Nigerian league abroad, he will not even be in contention for a super eagles call-up.But because, it is home, sentiments come in. Rohr has invited home-based players before and the only outfield player that impressed him was Jamiu Alimi. I am ok with that. But we should not flood the team with home -based because of sentiments. It was disastrous before.
Thank you for the bolded. Let the homebase guyz prove themselves in CHAN

as to team selection, i still see rohr maintaining the onazi etebo mikel midfield and mikel as amf cause i don't think rohr will drop him deep. iwobi on the left and v moses on the right with iheanacho leading. aluko must be in that match and i see him coming on for mikel.
ndidi is in great form but i doubt if he'll start.

Your comment reek of bias.... So shove it!

Just look at how you captured the whole thing.

Na wa oooo... So much bias in one post. So because someone is new, he should be allowed to spill "nonsense" right?? He should be allowed to throw shades??

Have you ever noticed that when a newbie on the thread wanna gain relevance or attention, they either take a hit at me or safarigirl?? Have you noticed that, Mr Fairness??

Pity how you view things thru selected angles... Big pity.

Amazing how some of you walk into this thread claiming peacemakers and fair-mindedness when all you do is subtly stoke the fire.

This thread is about the Super Eagles.... And her bright future. Not about seeking relevance on a faceless forum.
Just tell me you stole this from my mind. I wanted to say this but I felt cats would get hurt.

You cation the man because the woman is at a disadvantage in a physical brawl.

This however has no way of getting physical, so I don't see why gender should be a consideration. I also hold that it is insulting to step in to defend someone on an online forum, simply because they are female because it is implicitly assuming that they do not have the capacity to do so and her fragile Frankly, it is insulting to safarigirl (or any woman for that matter) for anyone to think they can't stand up for themselves intellectually or verbally. From what I see here, safarigirl is well able to handle herself and shouldn't need people standing up for her.

We are going to beat Cameroon home and away as far as three or four of our players keep churning world class performance. Moses, Iwobi, Mikel and Balogun. Other just need to be average. I no even talk Etebor and Ndidi o. Musa may not get to start but you know what he can to to tired legs. Iheanacho... though no game time but remember his passes and the boy no be friend with net.
