forgiveness: The fact that Keshi had to change Azeez for Gabriel because Mikel yelled at him showed that Keshi was tactically deficient.
If France was rough, why don't you tell your players to feign injury at slightest touch? But no, he wanted to play strength for strength, muscle for muscle.
Mikel Obi self think say em be coach. I swear, he disappoint me after learning he was the one that stopped Azeez from coming on. That is if what you said is true. I think you all who are complaining about Keshi's team selection should STFU about him being tactically inept. You can't eat your cake and have it... and's what does a coach not telling players to feign injury at the slightest touch has to do with ineptitude. With all due respect sir, are you seriously typing these things? |

safarigirl: when you lose your mother as a young child, you really don't care whatever some people think they've gone through.
I honestly don't care about Dele enough to read of his pathetic childhood, I have my own sad story too, maybe someone who grew up with both parents will care.
So, yes, I am stone-hearted, now can we move the f-ck on? I don't know how others see it but that is sweet! Life goes on. ************ Who also thought Moses attempted to pass the ball forward to ... (was it Iheanacho) but couldn't get his targer but instead was gifted with a one-two with the algerian defender? |

Mickael2: people don't understand that the defence wasn't poor exactly, the DMF was, infact the defenders need to be congratulated for a spotless performance. I have stopped reading goal.com anyways, I don't really understand the kind of analysts they employ I had to check name first make I no go praise person wey vex me. I think you are right but it seems we all are forgetting the fact that we played algeria. These things happens once in a while. |

OdenigboAroli: I ignore his accusations because I hear emotion speaking. Who doesn't know the reason we play Mikel in the attacking MF is because of our lack of a proper attacking midfielder. Yes,his passes are great but dude is not an attacking midfielder. I hope Rohr takes a gamble and play Iwobi there. I can't wait for Kelechi Nwakali to mature. of course you'll have to ignore. perhaps Mikel will have to dance on the ball and dribble round so that we'll all say he is an AMF. I don't even get to understand why you and your friend assumed I was accussing you on Mikel only when I quoted all of the comment. Weren't you the one who concluded moses was poor if his two goals were excluded? You can see why I tagged you as bias. |

zoboizee: I don't think his submission is borne out of bias. Did u see mikel's miscue at the edge of the box. Look, Mikel is a delight to watch in DMF than Onazi. Very disciplined. In 2013, against Ivory coast, he was simply a joy to behold. Marking, intercepting & initiating attack with simple but delightful passes. Onazi is better off running up & down the channels. We don't need to be asking Mikel to choose his preferred position. He said "I don't fancy" Mikel playing in the AMF...It's all about his preference. Mikel was insulted and named slowbie in the 2O14 WC, and guess what, he was DM. I don't know what else he could have done yesterday. To remind you, it was Algeria we played. Also, what's the talk about him picking where to play? |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Certitude(m): 7:20pm On Nov 13, 2016 |
OdenigboAroli: Its nice you brought up the issue about Mikel playing in his more comfortable holding midfield... Honestly,I don't fancy the guy as an attacking midfielder. It limits our potentials. To make it worse , he doesn't help in pressing. That annoys me. Nigga need to press like Iheanacho and Etebor.
Secondly, about Victor Moses, dude is one of the most selfish player I have seen like Okocha used to be. Its good to run and dribble but the end product determines your quality. Those two goals were just due to poor defending from Algeria. Take away the two goals and you will find out he flopped. Your submission is borne out of bias. |

Mickael2: Oh God!!! You see you people don't even understand how this conversation started, try to follow it first. I asked Goodjoe if he thinks Iheanacho is untouchable, he said something that shows that he thinks so, so I am now telling him that if a player comes to camp, does better than him in training then that player should start, this is totally not connected to yesterday's match na well...OK |

Mickael2: this is why I hate having conversations with you, you utter rubbish with such conviction that it annoys me and your diction is pretty foul, you might want to change it.
I said we have stars who are sitting on the bench already, and he is still a prospect, isn't he a bench piece at Man city? Or has he benched Aguero already? All what you said is baseless, I said if they come and they perform better than him let him sit, for Christ's sake you were saying that if Alampasu performs better than Akpeyi he should sit for Alampasu, so what makes Iheanacho's case different? Read meaning into this and take off your fangirl glasses for once.
PS: if you think that I hate Mikel, ok. All because he didn't score in one game? I won't say he didn't play well. |

Oasis007: Lol!
Some are really trying hard to defend the indefensible! Iheanacho is no doubt, a very good Player, but he flopped as a Striker Yesterday.
We do not need to keep dragging it, Iheanacho would excel as a SS than as a Striker. His touches, controls, off-ball movement as well as link-up play were poor Yesterday.
He should be played like Griezman! Play him behind a Striker, and you gonna have the joy of seeing him play good football! Iheanacho didn't flop. His first touch have never been that good. |

Or Cameroon is less organized? I don't understand if he thinks we are going to play Tanzania iwobi wasn't really cool either. today just wasn't their day. for me, he strikes except we have success or maybe kayode. |

As of this moment, blacks are the least productive race on earth and at the same time veri selfish.Imagine africa has the richest land on earth but accounts for just 3% of global trade.Iceland has the poorest land on earth,no resources atall, nothing at all, still it is more developed than all african countries. All the blackman does is to consume and celebrate mediocre...,a blackman commissions cieling fan and parties for it. Other races dislike blacks not becos of their skin colour but mostli becos of their stupid brains. If you weren't male or we were outside Nigeria, I'd say I love you. |
