According to the link, the writer agreed in a place that Nigerians are rather lousy in the way they go about their drug business as if it is now legal, whereas the real drug lords. I believe in the analysis of the OP. And I think the federal government of Nigeria should collaborate with SA government to fish out these drug lords. SA should also perhaps change their laws to curb the excesses of the drug lords.

South Africans should come and read this news. If supply is higher than demand, then the product becomes cheap. If you want Nigerians to stop selling drugs, you too stop buying. When it becomes cheap, they will have to leave the business. But crack head junkies keeps making the demand higher than supply.
