I have an issue that has been on my mind for weeks now. My fiancé and I have been dating for over three years. I love him and he loves me too. We are physically attracted to each other. He on the other hand is still catholic. I subtly try to nudge him to consider getting saved, i.e acknowledging Christ as lord and savior and becoming born again but he is content with his laidback Christian life.

Earlier this year, he asked to meet my parents and I let him. My parents like him especially because my younger sis is married and they have been waiting for me too. They’re glad I’ve someone. However, after the introduction,I regret it. I’m now certain that he’s not the one. I think about my spiritual life and how lukewarm he is about the things of God, I think about kids and how we’ll raise the, with such differing views about God and I’m discouraged. I feel like I’m settling because he checks all the boxes on the checklist of physical attributes. Another mistake I made is, I didn’t pray about this decision and that worries me because anything that involves him,I just act with pausing to ask God, but I always ask God about other aspects of my life. So it’s like my associating with him is a minus for my spiritual life and that’s a huge cause for concern.

At this point, I want to tell my parents I am not convinced it’s him but I’m afraid of the disappointment this will cause. *sigh* I’ll appreciate your thoughts, comments, criticisms...

Lagos state is currently running a program for 1000 youths, called Creative Lagos. It's a scholarship which they collaborated with Del York Film Academy, for Youths that are into filmmaking, producing, directing, marketing, acting, set design and so on. And they are running another one with Ebony life for another set of 200 youths. So it's not a small something.

The Super Clubs are not super rich after all, they are all in huge debt.
The likes of Ajax, Bayern, Porto and co are example of what football should look like. They are nowhere on the debt list because they are not spending stupid money.
If Barca signs De jong that earns around €50k and starts paying him €320k/week. Tell me how they won't run into debt? The big clubs destroyed football and they want to destroy it more because how on earth will you want to play a league where you can never relegate or not qualify from coming the next season if you don't do well?
That won't be football anymore, it'll be something else. if my team should lose, I won't be pained because losing comes with no consequences by then.

These clubs earn money for every stage, now add all the money to see how much the winner has made in total.
After that, the clubs makes money on TV right, gate takings, and other places hidden charges.

This life is about competition. Any season these clubs don't qualify for CL, they lose big money and someone is offering you a deal where qualifying will no longer be necessary, you'll always be in the Super league every season, what will happen to the zeal to win? when even in the Super league, you can't relegate.

Football(Soccer) is acclaimed to have started in England and as a result of that,the English people see the game as theirs. ESL is an idea mostly by Americans and the English people sees this move as a threat to them controlling the Football world which they supposedly own.
To me,this whole reactions from the English people(clubs,fans,pundits(Gary Neville and co.),ex players(predominantly of British origin),British Govt.,the Royal Family etc) is all about politics than about football because come to think of it,why have we not seen protest from Spain or Italy which have clubs amongst the breakaway teams?
The English people are ganging up against the ESL which is very likely to damage their league and I wish they can all remember that they sold the game out the day Foreigners started buying clubs in the Premiership or are they forgetting that these club owners are in the business to make gains?.ESL is promising the club owners massive gain and so the Foreigners who have absolutely no idea about the traditions of these clubs they now own will gladly hop on the bus ESL is riding in order to make profits.
The ESL will likely resurface in the nearest future and if UEFA don't pay attention to the breakaway teams complaints then I believe they will join the League eventually and await whatever sanction FIFA/UEFA are claiming the can hand down to the breakaway teams.
By the way, who else have noticed that UEFA is a weak institute because instead of them threatening breakaway teams with sanctions,they should have bring something very interesting to counter the ESL formation.

Ogarico, this is not about the politics alone. The ESL idea is evil in nature. Football is a game where we compete, but when a particular 15clubs have a permanent seat while 5 fight their ways in every year, hows that a competition? How does this ESL cater for the smaller teams?
Arsenal couldn't beat Fulham, Chelsea played 1-1 with Brighton, Liverpool played 1-1 with Leeds. So how are they super? Everybody should compete. I won't have had a problem with the ESL if it is opened to every club.
