Why is slavery imminent to you?

Because gullible hate filled moslem fools like you believed every lie he spewed from his dysentery pampers
There we go again. Religion? If he's a gullible Moslem just because he expressed his mind, then I'm a gullible Christian. I guess you'll say Prof Wole Soyinka is a gullible Traditionalist. Bottomline PDP lost(I know it hurts but you need to move on) and come May 29th, Buhari will become the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Lai Mohammed: Minister Of Information by change49ja(op): 3:20pm On May 20, 2015
(Abati + Okupe + FFK + other PDP media officers) 9 = Lai Mohamed. grin

No wonder he was able to take PDP to the cleaners!
Exactly.

ZACHIE:
Lai Mohammed is a thoroughbred.
He will function in many capacities if given the chance, the least being Minister for Communication.
That guy is a French and Classic graduate before dabbling into Law and Journalism .
He is not cheap.
Wow...for real? No wonder...That guy is so good.
PoliticsRe: Lai Mohammed: Minister Of Information by change49ja(op): 3:10pm On May 20, 2015

of course he is an APC member. He contested APC presidential primaries with Buhari, Kwankwanso, Rochas and Atiku.
Really? That's good then.

Lai Mohammed will definitely make an excellent minister of information. I like the way he chooses and makes use of words.
Respect.

Is he an APC member or do you think he'll be interested in that position?

Maxymilliano:
He will fit perfectly into the role of Minister of Public enlightment and propaganda, after Joseph Goebbel.

He is good at dishing out propagandas, innuendoes, half truth and outright lies !
It seems you're angry about something. My guy pls calm down.

Ministry of information is different from publicity. He is a good publicist doesn't make him a good administrator.
Good point. Okay, maybe I was just fantasizing. But do you have anyone in mind. And if I may ask you, how do you know he's not a good administrator?
PoliticsRe: Lai Mohammed: Minister Of Information by change49ja(op): 2:39pm On May 20, 2015
egift:
Personally, I will prefer he retain his position as APC party spokesman. Minister for Information should be a smooth operator. Lai Mohammed is a Straight Shooter (no time for games) and if provoke him, both in grammar and facial expressions - he will give it to you there and then.

All the same, Lai Mohammed is one of the few individuals who help frame and establish the APC and indeed the Buhari Accession. But he will be better with Party Politics.

#MyTwoCent
Good points, thanks. But I think he can do a better job as the minister of information.

This must be joke the century my dear. That fellow has nothing to offer in such ministry. Please we ve gone past the election period. We are now in for serious business of governance and as such dont have time for noise makers like Lie Moh.

We only need Lie Moh whenever Abati and Doyin Okupe are gisting. For serious business, give the job to Professionals jare.
Okay, I got your point.
PoliticsLai Mohammed: Minister Of Information by change49ja(op):
Like him or hate him but one thing you cannot deny is that Lai Mohammed contributed a lot to the pulling down of PDP. He's always cool and collected. Always on point. He's classy. He's articulate unlike FFK who is 'atikulate'.

I'll like this man to become the next minister of information.

Gbawe:
I get your point which is valid and relevant but the Presidency has total discretion over many things that fall under the authority of the executive arm of government. We at least expect Buhari to do what must be done in his area of direct and supreme authority while he works with the legislative arm to get changes he wants for areas where the assent of the NASS is required.
True. Moreover, APC will have majority control of the national assembly. Win-win.

Collynzo9:
I guess you prefer the pollution from your millions of rusty generators all over the country. Developed nations like US, UK. GERMANY, CHINA, South Africa etc are using coal to generate electricity, industrialize their countries and give their people comfortable lives, while a typical suffering and smiling Nigerian probably inhaling generator fumes as I type this is talking about pollution.
What unbelievable irony!
I couldn't have said it better...Thanks.

Your reasoning is upside down, for mentioning a whole tribe just because of one or two persons.

As per the sharing, can you put forward names of Senators and Reps from SE/SS under the new ruling party that may be considered for posts of Senate president and Speaker?

Good question
PoliticsRe: North May End Up With Four Top Posts In Govt by change49ja: 12:41pm On May 05, 2015
AhmedMustapha:
These reporters forget that currently, the North has the VP, Senate President, Speaker of Reps and Chief Justice of the Federation so what's different if the same scenario is playing out. The SW have the Vice-President and I'm sure Prof.Osibanjo will keep GMB on his toes. There are six geopolitical zones in the country and NW and SW are already settled. The remaining zones NE,NC,SE,SS are jostling for the remaining slots. So how will it amount to injustice if the NE and NC share the Nos 3&4 positions when clearly those zones have no top slot in the next dispensation.
Good points.
PoliticsRe: APC Zoning Of SGF To SE Divides Igbos by change49ja: 9:48am On May 01, 2015
I think its win-win for the trio. Ogbonnaya Onu gets the SGF, Chris Ngige gets a ministerial appointment and Okorocha's SGS re-appointed as an SGS. cool
PoliticsRe: Jonathan Hindering Smooth Transition, Displaying Misplaced Anger – APC by change49ja: 8:04pm On Apr 30, 2015
Gbawe:
As I have always argued, Jonathan is no Statesman or gentleman. His hands was forced by the international community that used the threat of him ending up like Gbagbo to force GEJ concede victory to Buhari. GEJ did everything to hold on to power but as the selfish individual he is he was quick to blink when the international community put the squeeze on him. This does not mean this desperate President and his many Orubebes are not still not up to something and plotting actively. APC needs to be alert.
Always On point

What is certain is that from may 29,the greatest scandals and revelations in d annals of Nigeria's history would start coming to our screens and news stands.
These are just tips of d iceberg.Nigerians should start bracing up for earth shaking revelations soon from the likes of NOI, Madueke etc, when they start squealing on themselves.

Season of Denials as REALITY sets in. Truly power is transient.Thank God Jonathan lost this elecion otherwise, all the fraudulent cases under this insanely wicked govt would have been covered. Madam NOI save the explanations for now. We will listen to you after May 29. We believe the conducive environment at EFCC headquarters will help you recall all the atrocities against this country with your voodoo economics, while brandishing phantom statistics to hoodwink the gullible ones. The day of reckoning beckons.

'Best governor' in Nigeria. He commissioned Amala, Ewedu and Gbegiri restaurant just two weeks ago. Just last week, he commissioned roasted plantain and groundnuts by the road side and the people of Ekiti were all hailing him for bringing govt near to the people.

Now, he's already commissioning fried chicken at Chicken republic. Kudos Mr. Gomina. Pls there's this new Mr. Biggs in our area that needs commissioning your excellency Sir. And I heard you're about to commission another branch of Iya Basira food restaurant near the government house so you don't have to be eating around like a married bachelor.

I agreed with you 100%. However, things could have been different if people like OBJ, Amaechi and all other PDP governors, Senators, House of Reps strong party members all remained in the party. And PEJ of course. Imagine if he had sacked the Petroleum minister, Diezieni?

PoliticsHow God Used Amaechi And PEJ To Bring Change by change49ja(op):
Question:

How did PEJ gave us change?

Answer:

By disrespecting and fighting her husband's brother -Ameachi, who doubled as the Governor of Rivers state and Chairman, Governor's forum.

We all remembered how PEJ at an event in Okrika, Rivers state ridiculed Amaechi. We know how Ameachi was later suspended from PDP and so on.

Ameachi The Coup Plotter

With all these injustices going on, Amaechi and his ally in PDP formed what they called the 'New PDP'. Tinubu (APC leader)sensed an opportunity and took it with both hands by forming a merger with Buhari(CPC leader).

Finally in November 2013, Amaechi and five PDP governors defected to the newly formed APC. The first set of PDP governors that defected to the APC were Mr. Chibuike Amaechi (Rivers), Alhaji Ahmed Abdulfatah(Kwara), Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso(Kano), Alhaji Murtala Nyako (Adamawa), and Alhaji Aliyu Wamakko (Sokoto). Many more PDP governors later followed suit and that marked the beginning of the end of GEJ's administration.
The rest as they say is HISTORY.

As we look forward to May 29th, I keep asking myself these questions:
What if PEJ didn't fight Amaechi? What if GEJ appease Amaechi or prevent his wife from disrespecting an elected governor of one of the powerful states in Nigeria? What if Amaechi wasn't Chairman of Governor's forum? What if Amaechi and his group didn't form 'New PDP'(I believed this was what triggered the master political strategist Tinubu to quickly form a merger with CPC in other to win the big PDP fishes like Amaechi, Wammakko, Kwankwaso,OBJ (though not in the open)etc?

I can only thank God for using PEJ as one of the stones in the bag of APC(David) that destroys Goliath (PDP) the enemy of progress.

If Amaechi was in the military, by now, he'll be a Major General and the Chief of Army Staff(COAS), at least.
