Two ladies decided to slug it out today in public after a heated quarrel in Sapele area of Delta state. One of the ladies (the bigger one) had to pull off her top in order to properly descend on her colleague without any hindrance. The ladies whose cause of quarrel was not revealed - were left to fight each other for some time before they were separated after much fisticuffs.

According to him, he went to his supplier along AYA-Kubwa-Zuba road to place order for Python meat to celebrate president Muhammadu Buhari's ''failure'' in the of 2019 presidential election.

The man revealed that he's about to prepare delicious Python meat with spice and yam to celebrate the pending failure of Buhari in 2019; since he has declared to contest!

President Buhari, Monday, declared his intention to seek re-election in the 2019 presidential election. The President also enthused that victory was sure for the All ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, party in the next year’s elections even as he called all the party members to be united before the elections.

A man identified as Vure Kingsley Ovonix is filled with thanks to God after surviving a fatal car accident which killed two people. The man who was traveling from Bayelsa state to Osun town on Tuesday, April 3 - revealed he was sleeping when the accident happened as he was awoken by the shout from other passengers.

He and another survivor who came out the crash alive and in good condition - took a selfie as they thanked God for sparing their lives.

According to multiple reports, a Catholic priest identified as Rev. Fr. Ugwu Johnbosco has been kidnapped while returning to his base in Edo state. The clergy who hails from Enugu state was reportedly kidnapped on Wednesday, 4/4/18 while returning from Asaba, Delta state to his parish at St Peters Catholic Church, Ibillo in Auchi Diocese, Edo state.

The priest's abduction has caused unrest among his followers who are hoping he will be freed very soon and in good condition. .

A heated debate is going on among Nigerian online users ahead of a couple's controversial wedding tomorrow in Sokoto state.

According to reports, the intending groom's mother breastfed the about-to-be bride for some days when she was still a baby due to some undisclosed circumstance.

It was gathered that the couple who are like siblings, Abdulrazak Muhammad and Asma'u Aliyu Silame have been urged not to marry due to the complicated situation which is said to be against Islamic religion but they seem adamant and are set to continue with their wedding on Saturday, April 7th.

Now, online users have reacted to this development with most saying the ''un-Islamic'' marriage won't work.

Residents of a community in Kano state were shocked after a young girl was found dead in a suspicious manner at her home. The little girl who has been identified as Khadija was found dead and her corpse hanging from the window of her house.

According to reports, the girl's parents were not at home when the sad incident as the mother returned home to behold the shocking sight.

The young girl's death which has created fear among the residents in the area, has been alleged to have been carried out by an unknown killer who was said to have killed the little girl and hung her on the window in order to look like suicide.

The girl's corpse was later evacuated and the police notified as investigation into the matter is underway.

It was reported that two soldiers were killed on Wednesday in a gun battle with armed bandits in a village in Anka Local Government Area of Zamfara State. The soldiers lost their lives in a fierce shoot-out between them and the bandits.

The army in a press statement released by the director Army Public Relations, Brigadier General Texas Chukwu - confirmed the death of the army officer and a soldier who were lost during the encounter . The remains of the officer and soldier has been evacuated to Federal Medical Center Gusau.

One of the soldiers has been identified as Captain Suleiman Muhammed who reportedly survived peace keeping mission and Boko Haram war in the northeast but was finally killed in Zamfara.

Wednesday’s shootout occurs about a week after over 50 people were killed by bandits in Bawar daji district of the local government.

The governor directed the military to shoot on sight anybody found with arms in the bush.

The increasing rate of senseless and unprovoked killings in Zamfara state has called for concern. Unknown hoodlums stormed the residence of a man and gruesomely killed him with a machete in Gusau, the state capital. The man was hacked and butchered by the men of the underworld who left him laying in the pool of his blood.

A young man was dealt with after a failed rape attempt in Lagos state. According to reports, the guy who happens to be the meat delivery man tried to rape an eleven year old girl when he thought no one was at home. The little girl's screams alerted her uncle who rushed to behold a shocking sight as the suspect had already torn the girl's top while trying to rape her.

As expected, the suspect was overpowered and given an unforgettable beating which left him seriously injured with blood gushing out from his nose.

According to reports, the man was later handed over to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, for further 'investigation'.

The girl's uncle took to Facebook to share pictures of the man's face after the whole saga. Below is what he wrote;

This f*ol happens to be our meat home delivery guy... today by 6pm he came on his normal weekly routine (delivering meat) thinking dat no body was at home tried to rape my niece (an 11 year old girl) i was quick to rush out wen i heard her shouting to my surprise i saw this guy tearing de little girls top ...heaven let loose..

This is very sad. A 12-year-old member of the Boys' Brigade was killed while on active duty at a burial. According to reports, the boy identified as Ikechukwu Chijioke, was hit by an ambulance conveying a corpse while beating a band at the burial program they went for in Abia state.

The deceased was laid to rest amid tears as his family, friends and fellow Boys' Brigade members graced his burial.

May his soul rest in peace.

There was a mild drama this week at Bakery bus stop, before Egbeda, Lagos after a 14-year-old girl ran away from home as she refused to stay with her grandparents. The grandmother who met the girl on the road while running away - tried to force and bundle her back to the house.

The girl still refused and busted into tears thereby prompting passersby and other residents to gather.

According to reports, the grandmother who was probably embarrassed by the girl's actions - beat and pushed the girl in a bid to take her back home.

Tina Happiness who witnessed the scenario is calling for the attention of the girl's mother named Ayindeyu Surat to come to her daughter's aid as a case of child abuse was established.

The Federal Road Safety Corps in Ogun State while on routine patrol during the ongoing Easter Special Patrol Operations at KM 27 Lagos - Ibadan expressway around Alapako at about 1015 hrs on Saturday 31 March, 2018 rescued a crash which involved..

11 people comprising 3Male adult ,6 Female adult and ,2 Female children..

There were no deaths but 9 of the passengers comprising 3 Male adult and 6 Female adult sustained various degrees of injuries.

The suspected cause of the crash was tyre burst by the speeding bus which lost control. The injured victims were taken to Ifeoluwa hospital Ogunmakin for medical treatment and the road obstruction cleared.

Thereafter the victims properties inside the ill-fated bus were conveyed to FRSC Command at KM 27 at OgunMakin where on routine documentation the sum of Two Million Ninety-six thousand seven hundred and seventy naira only N2,096,770.00 was recovered.

Upon diligent investigation a female passenger of the crashed bus by name Mrs Asabi Adenike, of Ibadan, who sustained injuries and undergoing medical attention was identified as the owner of the bag containing the recovered money .

Upon contacting her relatives, she authorized that the FRSC hands over the recovered money to her mother Mrs .Bisola Adedeji.

A syndicate which specializes in defrauding unsuspecting victims under the guise of curing HIV/Aids - has been busted. One of the victims, Wasiu from Ondo town revealed how they allegedly collected over N4,000,000 to cure HIV Aids in his body and since then, he couldn't find them again.

According to Omo Edema, a 69-year-old man named Temidayo Akinjisola, of Temidire Street, Ondo town, Ondo State, Nigeria, reportedly confessed to being part of how Wasiu from Ondo was defrauded of about 4million naira recently on the guise of curing HIV aids in his body.

“The person that brought the matter of Wasiu to us is very close to him. His is name is Deleke from Ore. “I am not the main man this 419 group; in fact, they normally called me to play the role of an elderly man; to pray for our victims and they would give me my own share of the proceeds afterward,” Temidayo reportedly said.

Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere while presenting the house to the family of Precious Ndubisi stated that the house gift was one his gesture to improve the quality of education in OPM school.

Another set Of Mambilla militias/ looters have been arrested by the deployed soldiers on patrol at Mayo Wurbo village Suburb of Mayo - Ndaga in sardauna LGA of Taraba state. The militias/looters after they ransacked Fulanis in the area, allegedly killed, macheted cattle, burned down their houses.

According to reports, they returned to steal roofings (zinc), food items and other valuable items in charred houses.

This followed after another set of the militias/ looters were arrested in Nyongor forest in the same region sharing meat from stolen Fulani's cow and other 30 cattle.

The deployed soldiers are on search operation in all the nook and crannies of the region to recover thousands of rustled Fulani's cattle by the marauding Mambilla bandit in the area and across the plateau after the recent massacred perpetrated by the monstrous militia men.
