Anybody with genuine money will not celebrate like this... just open a bottle of wine and purring it on a phone to prove you have made it or what?

There was no cash in the bank because bank prefers to give POS operators cash than to load in ATM machines or give to customers via counter. This because
1. Banks have discovered that they make more profits through POS transactions than ATM.
2. Some bankers are the owners of the POS hence they give money they are supposed to load ATM with to their workers (POS operators) so that their business can boom.
3. Some POS operators do influence some bank staffs to reserve money for them and then give them commissions.

With both you Salary it can take care of a child so the excuse of him saying he want to make more money is not adding up to me. Maybe he should come up with better excuses.
