afosoft: BVL is biometrics validation letter, just saying you dont need biometrics for any application for the next 10yrs. It is not attached to visa approval or refusal. Just an information letter about biometrics validation period. I don’t think this comment is for me shaa… Bvl is the last thing that comes before PPR. I don’t understand |

olokings: CHARITOJAMES!!!!!
Oya make everybody ga'an rest.
There isn't much here that would have taken the high road like she just did.
No more pointing fingers. Plus, I dare add, we have a right to our individuality and personality. What you term borderline rude, is simply indifference for some. As you demand acknowledgement of your triggers, know and acknowledge others' triggers.
Charitojames do not need to change who she is becuase of NL. A long standing rule is, if you don't like it, wakapass.
We are still waiting for your PPR to come and host JJC Meet Up at the maple land. Smiles… thanks a lot… we must carry this PPR |

Virocrix: To the glory of God,
I just got a refusal letter from IRCC.
Applied on July 13th Bvl July 18th Medical passed on August 15th Refusal September 15th
Reasons:
Normal general refusal statement. Not convinced that I would leave Canada after my studies and also insufficient financial reasons.
It's well. I’m so sorry… BVL 5 days after application? Did they even look at your application or you mean you applied June ? |

We are humans and can’t be in the best of our moods daily… that’s why it’s important to know what we say to each other… This has nothing to do with being a Christian or Muslim… You can’t be holier than God himself.. No one here has never offended anyone so don’t just come and say she is rude, she is rude. I know I responded to her properly when I cleared everything and said i don’t know shaa before she gave me a name tag which was totally wrong too… We don’t know each other or where we are coming from… what you can take may not be what i can take so if you react differently to what i say I won’t blame you for doing so. But then no one is an island so i am sincerely Sorry, I apologize to everyone that want to beat me. Plus you all know what’s going on… so it’s not easy… Our moods can switch and unswitch. |

Teebabe2806: It’s not the deferment he’s talking about and although it’ll raise suspicions as to why you’re entering the country earlier than your proposed study date, it is also against immigration laws to start working before the start of your academic year You don’t understand his question. But let me address your concerns.. people now enter Canada more than 4weeks before resumption… it’s no longer an issue.. Then back to him. He is asking if he can enter when he is supposed to enter, get his study permit but then defer to the next semester… so he can actually work since his permit has the former semester date… that’s how the people i know did theirs. So I don’t know shaa… |

Thisuserwanjapa: Good day everyone, please I need your advice. When my application gets approved I'll be traveling by January and school is resuming by January 6th. Is it possible for me to defer my admission to a later date like September 2023 after getting into Canada, for me to hustle for my tution fee before starting the semester. I'd really appreciate if I can get any advice on this. I’ve seen people who defer after they got into Canada |

perfectbecky: Its extremely risky, even if beat immigration at the airport, you will be caught and u can be deported and banned. How sure are you about this? I have alot of people who deferred after they got into Canada…i think It’s between you and your school not IRCC… Let’s wait for others |

Ocool: Hey! I hope I've not caused something that will have a negative effect on my application?
I got a new LOA for January 2023 after defering my admission and I sent it via Webform and emails to Nairobi today which is less than 150 days. What will negative effect will this have on my application? It also doesn’t matter. No negative effects what so ever |

Isyma: So you think if VO have not gotten to your number on the queue, or brought up your file to Start working on your application because you ordered notes he'll be forced to do all that? Most time application delay is not really that anything is wrong but it just have not gotten to your turn. Canada is actually not Nigeria they do things accordingly. I believe they consider so many factors before attending to applications, that's why some may come faster or slower. Note they will always tell you, you have nothing more to do, we'll notify you if we need further information. Meanwhile its my view, gurus may aswell correct me where I'm wrong. I don hear you… I am right, you are right, VO is right… if anybody says we are not right… the person is right too |

Isyma: Are you aware current official processing time for study permit is 12 weeks, 12 weeks is equal to 3 months. How do you order notes when your job is in progress? No go use your hand reject your own application Oga, you are not informed so please relax and let people that know school you. So you don’t know that when you order notes before 12 weeks, it helps prevent refusal on cases where you didn’t submit some documents? Don’t open your mouth and say what you don’t know. Ordering notes have nothing to do with rejection except you want yours to be rejected. When you order your notes… you see VO’s concerns and tackle it on time before a decision is made on your application. People order notes and see that they didn’t send proof of employment or payment etc and they quickly send it in before a decision is made, if you don’t order your notes… you won’t know this and so therefore a decision will be made. Also if you don’t order for your notes, you can as well be rejected so don’t tie rejection to ordering notes. If you are not well informed, allow others to school you… As if you haven’t seen application that took less than 2 months. Current processing time is 12 weeks… you order notes on week 6, it will take another 4-5weeks to come or more… then your application will be 11weeks, making is 1 week short of 12weeks plus you didn’t commit a crime by ordering them.. So my dear, some of us do things on time… we don’t like to be late, we want to see what’s happening to know if there is anywhere to tackle… the most important thing is doing our part and best |
