Yes oh! Even BVL(correspondence letter) is yet to come. He will still do the medical no matter what because he needs it to enter Canada. We’ll book for an appointment.

It’s PPR for my friend oh!! I am soo happy... he got PPR without medical request but he will go ahead and do it on his own. This particular PPR is also mine!! I will testify soonest oh!!. February 28 applicant.

Congratulations to him!!! I am next in line... You mean no email notification for PPR or for medical update? Medical update wont come with email... you need to login to see it. Ghost update is when you login but nothing changes... Medical update is not ghost update

Long post alert.

I am one person that never wants to leave Nigeria cause of the issues and racism abroad. But that changed when Buhari declared to run for 2nd term in 2018. I was livid and knew he will win and the decay n destruction going on post 2015 will be worst�

My fear was for my children, is this the environment i want them to flourish in?
So 2018 i began with wes runs,did ietls 2018 ,2019 got into the EE pool with a low score,2019 I pushed my husband to write ietls while his wes runs was completed.

Still we didn't make high scores, so i channelled my quest to pnp, got ita twice from Saskatchewan pnp, and twice the relative that gave me the sponsorship in Saskatchewan declined.

So back to ground zero, 2020 i went for another ietls while 7month pregnant �, i received gbas,gbos, chai, then Corona lock down.

Ending 2020 i began searching for schools and applied to different colleges, cos i had 2.2 undergrad and and MBA so i felt getting direct master was impossible�

2021 got my admission from centennial college to read project management.

1st app july 16 refused In September or so
2nd app Nov refused jan 20th
This 2 app i used Centennial admission, and Gcms notes on both occasions stated lower degree from what i currently have in masters and no job prospects in home country.

After the 1st refusal i started looking for schools for masters.The process was very very daunting, i applied to Royal road Bc and Crandall University NB

Crandall came through for me(Master in Org Management)
3rd App 1st May ppr July 25th 2022�

My patience was tested on this journey, i have already started plan b moves to Uk, that by Jan i will be on my way out,as i have 3 Admissions from uk schools in the bag for me.

So guys after sending this few hours ago here, I received a medical request from IRCC just now but my medicals is still valid as can be seen in the photo below.

Secondly I had my medicals done in another country earlier this year do you think they just want me to redo it? Also I thought since my medicals was passed in the first application, it should also be passed.

Lastly, if I’m to send my e-medical sheet to ircc, how do I do it email or web form? To Nairobi or china?

When sending the e-medical sheet, should I add a letter of explanation or just send the form like that?

I received ghost mail twice before my gcms notes arrived, and I confirmed those “ghost mails” with my gcms notes because the process of my eligibility review was being updated on those days which led to me receiving ghost mails.

Ghost mail is when you login to your GCKEY, and instead of seeing your current status as “submitted”, you’ll see it as “Application/profile updated” but when you open further, you won’t see any visible changes. But trust me, changes is being done underground.

It isn’t a positive sign or a negative sign, it just means work is being done on your application.

I didn’t mention Ghost “mail” the person that asked the question didn’t talk about mail. It was his dashboard that had changes due to glitch and returned back to the normal way. He asked if it was ghost update

I just checked for flights, and my intending date of travel is August 17th with United airlines due to less duration and unnecessary stop overs(they have just one connecting flight in Washington), prices i saw are ranging from 1.2M �� never knew they’re that expensive lol, congrats in advance to those who expecting their PPR!!!

Ofcourse it’s August so you will see 2M even.

Please I have 2 questions..
1. Please can someone explain what he means by my eligibility being a recommended pass...

2. If ones gets a medical request, can the person just walk in to either IOM or Qlife for the medical or must it be booked also?

You can walk in with your request slip and they will make a slot for you, i guess... or you email them.. i will recommend IOM for their swift response

I need help, this is my second application in 6 months and I ordered my GCMS notes only to see that medicals is blank. I did my medicals in January for my first application, while applying for the second time I indicated I have already done medicals but why is it not showing in the GCMS note. I’m confused what should I do? Any help will be so much appreciated.

NSE doesn’t exist anymore... submit your application and you will get a decision. I submitted ielts and others and I’m here... I applied April 5th. People that didn’t submit it are getting decisions in 4-6weeks so do your part and PRAY!!!!

This is the day the Lord has made. My eyes has seen and I believe it is my turn and time!!! It has happened...this i know!!!! It has happened already remaining to manifest physically.... I am already in Canada... remaining PPR. It is coming!!!

I checked my GCKey account this morning and I saw under Eligibility review that " WE ASSESS WHETHER YOU MEET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA" as against WE ARE REVIEWING WHETHER YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS" Also, REVIEW OF MEDICAL changes from YOU PASSED THE MEDICAL EXAM to RESULTS OF YOUR MEDICALS ARE FAVOURABLE. After I re-login again, All the information have changed to the usual messages on the GCKEY account. Abeg, has anyone experience this before or is this what people refer to as ghost message ?

Ghost means something you can’t see... it’s system glitch... it has gone back to normal so it’s okay

I've been largely a lurker here but I garnered enough information to do it myself.
I just got my PPR on my 3ed attempt.
Timeline:

1st Application: October 10 2020, very lame application. Was overconfident after applying to the US and UK myself without rejections. Didn't do my homework properly. Had 3 grounds for rejection including:
- Poor relationship with sponsor (Uncle without the same last name)
- Unreasonable study plan
- Purpose of visit


2nd Application: May 28 2021. Mitigated all but one of the officer's concerns. The officer had concerns that my sponsor's (mum) account had lump deposits. To be honest, they don't understand how a typical business person in Nigeria runs their account.

3rd Application: February 18 2022. Decided to leave no stone unturned. Paid the rest of the tuition and purchased a GIC. Then a really long wait. Started to stress my MP's office, which was of immense help. Got an ADR for another medical examination on June 10th. Exactly one year after the previous medical examination expired. Medical passed June 30th. PPR this morning.

Overview of successful application:
Submitted on new portal February 18 2022
Medical request June 10th
PPR July 21st.


Can't wait to leave
