Hey Nairaland fam, Did you catch that video of Mary, the mute woman preaching in the market? It's a wake-up call for us all. We might not agree with her method or understand every word she's saying, but her boldness in sharing the gospel is something we can't ignore. In this world of distractions and superfluous desires, let's not be ashamed to stand up for what we believe in. Mary might not have a voice, but she's speaking louder than most of us. Remember, if we're ashamed of Jesus in this generation, he might just be ashamed of us in the next. Stay bold, stay true. #FaithOverFear #SpreadTheWord" |

FG can’t continue to subsidize electricity — Minister of Power. The Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, says Nigeria cannot continue to subsidise electricity, adding that the nation must begin to move towards a cost-effective tariff model, as the country is currently indebted to the tune of 1.3 trillion naira to generating companies (GenCos) and 1.3 billion dollars owed gas companies. Adelabu, addressed a press conference in Abuja on Wednesday, said only 450 billion naira was budgeted for subsidy this year but the ministry needs over 2 trillion naira for subsidy. He said state governments will now be allowed to generate power independently to supply power to their states. On the grid that has collapsed for about six times between December 2023 and now, he said this was caused by shortage of gas, ageing machines in the grid value chain, low capacity to evacuate generated power, and destruction of power stations in some parts of the North-East geopolitical zone of the country. |
If you seek the truth, it is crucial to acknowledge that your union might not be with a human, but rather a malevolent spirit—the devil himself. By aligning yourself with this entity, you risk forfeiting your place in the afterlife. Reflect on whether the promises made come at a spiritual cost. I pray for divine intervention to reveal the potential dangers ahead, especially if your partner lacks guidance from parents. Deliverance may be necessary for her, or you might be entering a perilous supernatural encounter with an unfavorable outcome in the end. Remember, the true end is not death itself, but what follows in eternity. |
UptownVibes:That was why he said nothing can be done about it. And nothing can be truly be done about it. Just complaining to close friends and paddys... But should that stop us from doing other things that make us happy, no...so okoye have no point in that statement, He should start something and see nigerians follow support him in this fight. |
The collapse of a national electricity grid can be caused by various factors, often involving a combination of technical, operational, and external issues. Here are some common causes and I will be marking the ones I think it's related to Nigeria: 1. Overload or Overdemand:✅ When the demand for electricity exceeds the grid's capacity, it can lead to overloading. This may occur during peak usage periods or due to unexpected spikes in demand. 2. Equipment Failures:✅ Mechanical failures, aging infrastructure, or inadequate maintenance of critical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, or power lines can lead to breakdowns. 3.Natural Disasters:❌ Events like earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or severe storms can damage power infrastructure, disrupt transmission lines, or cause widespread outages. 4. Cyber Attacks:❌ Cybersecurity threats can target the control systems and computer networks that manage the grid. Malicious activities can disrupt operations, leading to a collapse. ,5. Human Error:✅✅ Mistakes made during maintenance, repairs, or operations can compromise the stability of the grid. Incorrect actions, miscommunications, or inadequate training may contribute to failures. 6. Fuel Supply Issues:✅✅✅✅ . If power plants rely on a specific fuel source (e.g., natural gas, coal), disruptions in the supply chain can affect electricity generation. 7. Voltage Instabilities: Fluctuations or imbalances in voltage levels within the grid can lead to instability. Voltage issues may result from sudden changes in load or insufficient regulation. 8. Lack of Redundancy: ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ Inadequate backup systems or insufficient redundancy in the grid's design can make it vulnerable to failures. Redundancy is crucial for maintaining power supply in case of component failures. 9.Inadequate Planning and Investment:✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ Insufficient planning, underinvestment in grid infrastructure, and delayed upgrades can contribute to vulnerabilities and increase the risk of a collapse. 10. Corruption, Political and Economic Factors: ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ Instabilities in government, regulatory issues, economic challenges, or lack of investment in the energy sector can impact the resilience and reliability of the electricity grid. It's important to note that a combination of these factors can amplify the risk of a grid collapse. Power systems are complex, and efforts to enhance resilience, improve infrastructure, and implement effective cybersecurity measures are crucial in preventing and mitigating such events. But for Nigeria, The frequency of this collapse is getting too much, there is something fishy...Some ground of persons are always smiling to the bank anytime this happen.

JESUS IS COMING!!! Flee Fornication, Adultery and all sexual immorality... REPENT!!! |
The concept of salvation, according to Christian beliefs, is complex and goes beyond the act of tithing. The Christian perspective on salvation is generally based on faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, repentance of sins, and acceptance of God's grace. Tithing, which involves giving a tenth of one's income, is often considered an act of obedience and worship, but it is not the sole determinant of salvation. The Bible teaches that salvation is a gift from God and is received through faith. For example, in Ephesians 2:8-9 (New International Version), it is stated: "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast." Tithing is discussed in the Old Testament, particularly in books like Leviticus and Malachi. In the New Testament, Jesus affirms the importance of justice, mercy, and faithfulness (Matthew 23:23), but the emphasis shifts from a rigid adherence to specific laws to a deeper understanding of one's heart and relationship with God. It's important to note that different Christian denominations may have variations in their teachings on salvation and the role of tithing. Ultimately, the question of an individual's salvation is a matter of faith and personal relationship with God, and the Bible encourages believers to seek a genuine, transformative relationship with Christ. |

The train commenced the trip from Marina train station to Mile 2 around 9:13am on Monday. Though I Speak with the tongue of men and have not love for God and man, I am nothing. This was what Paul wrote to the Corinthians in his first epistle. God gave specific instructions as regarding all the above you mentioned and they are all written in the book of Leviticus, Peter, and Paul's epistle to Timothy. Like God said to Samuel, men look at the outward appearance but God looks at the heart. Who am I to judge. But this I will say according to the scriptures. Let him that standeth take heed lest he or she falls.. If any man preach any other gospel than that which we have preached unto you let him be accursed.. Apostle Paul said this...I can go on and on and on... There are synagogues of Satan in this present time, just like Jesus said to John in the book of revelation. So the discerning gift of the holy spirit in you pointed out something wrong to you my friend, Guide your soul. If those in that church love God, 1. They won't go against is law of putting on opposite sex cloths as commanded in the book of Leviticus. 2. If they love God truly they won't allow disorder in the church as a result of the speaking I tongues by many at once like what happened in Corinth that Paul corrected, saying to them that some will think they are mad. 3. What is the essence of speaking in tongues when there is no interpretations.( Apostle Paul said this) Let all things be done in modification and in order ( Apostle Paul advised this) Read I Corinthians 12 -16.🥰 |
