She has indicated interest to run in her brief speech during her Golden Globe award. And she will very much likely win if she runs.
Oprah Winfrey has a very large acceptance in USA and globally. She is far richer than Trump, and arguably even hold higher acceptability amongst the various races in US (even amongst the whites).
She will definitely beat Trump if she runs for President even much so that Trump has blundered and lost acceptability in US.

The easiest way to put a complete end to the senseless herdsmen killing Nationwide is for FG to :
1. Put an end to Grazing nationwide.

2. Completely disarm the herdsmen. They are not licensed to carry arms and weapons, why allow them to carry arms?
3. Profile the Herdsmen to ascertain their true identity. Those of Nigerian descent should be properly identified and registered with a recognized body. the non Nigerian herdsmen should be kicked out.

Unfortunately, the north always play religious and ethnic politics in all things. They will tell you Grazing is part of their religion and culture and they won't agree to its ban ( and don't
mind Herdsmen killing people where opposed). They will even tell you Niger and Chadian herdsmen are more Nigerian ( cos of Islamic religion) than a southern christian, and it is OK a Chadian or Nigerien Hetdsmen kill southerners rather than the herdsmen be kicked out.
These are basic truths northerners cannot deny in their heart of hearts.

We are quick to condemn and abuse govt if we feel they cheat us, but we tend to be silent and glorify the men of God when it is clear that they are pursuing their selfish interests.

Within the country and outside, common Nigerians gets the same treatments - they are treated shabbily, abused and even killed on daily basis. They are not even spared in their own homeland.
From Racial abuses, to Xenophobic attacks, to modern day Slavery and gruesome murders, Nigerians abroad face tremendous challenges surviving outside their homeland.
Back home in Nigeria, harsh economic tides is enough to push Nigerians to seek "assumed" greener pastures in unlikely countries such as Libya, Indonesia, India and wherever. Bad economic conditions are sending Nigerians to early graves thru suicides.
Nigerians that dare to survive the harsh economic conditions are daily wasted away by either stray police bullets, cultists mayem, accidents due to bad roads, robbery bullets & even bullets during civil protests. These are not to mention the deadly Boko Haram & Ritualist killings.
In areas where there are supposedly peace, Herdsmen have taken it upon itself to kill, loot & ravage on daily basis. lLets not forget dastard murders by jealous companions and assassinations by rivals. Nigerians are dying in thousands daily.
The dead toll is getting higher and higher and no one seem to notice that Nigerians have become ENDANGERED SPECIES!!!

Pls you can add other ways or conditions Nigerians face to become Endanger species.

It is very likely that Nigerians will be forced to pay higher pump price ( between N180 - N185) at the long run. But am almost sure the Buhari led govt will not want to commit suicide by increasing the price this year prior to election. They know they will be kicked out in 2019 if they dare increase price now.
I foresee the Buhari govt subtly paying subsidies on fuel and waiting after elections to increase the price ( if it even gets reelected). The Nigerian masses will always be used and dumped.

But my question is, why are Nigerians made to pay more pump price in whichever circumstance.
The Intl Market price crash from $145 to $32 per barrel, and pump price was increased from N85 to N145 and Nigerians were asked to pay more despite the global crash.
Now the Intl price has risen to about $63, yet Nigerians are asked to pay more. The reason is that they are having to pay more to import. What happened when they were paying less?
Am sure even if the crude price crashes to $10 we will still pay more.
Whichever way, Nigerians will have be made to suffer.

While i agree with your solution of total ban on grazing, however I don't agree with you on government paying for the grasses to feed the cattle.
Isn't rearing Cattle personal businesses? Why should public funds be used to pay for grasses for the cattle? Then govt should pay for seedlings for the farmers too.

In my opinion, given the widespread dastard and nefarious activities the herdsmen have carried out, the FG should as a matter of urgency do the following as CONCRETE SOLUTIONS TO HERDMEN KILLINGS:

1. Disarm all herdsmen. Herdmens are not licensed to carry guns by the govt. Yet they carry guns and weapons that are neither registered or marked. And worse still these guns are used in criminal acts suck as Killings, Robbery, Kidnapping etc. In civilised climes, it is easy to trace criminals when guns are marked or licensed.
The claims that herdsmen carry guns to prevent cattle rusttling is totally unacceptable. Then every Nigerians should carry guns to prevent robbery.
Disarming all herdmens and stopping them from carrying guns will cut down on the killings.

2. Profile all Herdsmen. There is greater need to profile and ascertain the real identity of the herdsmen. After all there are several claims that most of them are not Nigerians. After profiling, those that are Nigerians should be well registered into a recognised body and those that are not Nigerians should be repatriated. We cannot accept non Nigerians killing Nigerians freely as will and in agreement with follow Nigerians.

3. Establish Ranches in all states. But the ranches most be owned privately or by govt and rented out to herders on tenured agreements. I don't advise providing lands for Fulani herdsmen, because in short time, these people tend to claim such lands as their and can become volatile.

4. Make laws that makes it illegal for cattle to graze on farmlands. Herdsmen can't be allowed to destroy other peoples farms and livelihood in the process of sustaining their cattle and livelihood.
Any herder or cattle found on farmlands outside the ranches should be penalized.

Those are my candid opinions

It is a bad dent to the entire church.
The question are:
1. Did the GO approve this Memo which will give the church bad publicity?
2. When did Sharing the word of God become illegality to RCCG? Isn't the church in existence to propagate the word? Isnt sharing the devotional helping in this cause?
3. Isn't monies paid as tithes, offerings and first fruits meant to augment or take care of church cost?
What then do they do with the tithes and offerings?
4. Is the RCCG paying royalties or making reference for portions lifted from the Bible and used on the devotional?
RCCG is absolutely money conscious by this stance. Members should resist this by not paying tithes if the tithes are not used for their administrative purposes.

You are confusing your facts. Federalism is what was practiced back in the day. It was a less centralized model with strong regional govts as opposed to states. what we practice now where everything is controlled from Abuja and you can blame Aguiyi Ironsi for that. When those military boys took over. They changed Nigeria from the economically buoyant constitutional republic into a unitary state where almost everything is run from the centre and Nigeria began its long slow descent into the mess it is today. Abi can't you see how poorly run things are now. Look at the issue of policing. Why can there be NNPC in Akwa Ibom when the Parasitic Northern govys has mostly been running the country to satisfy their interests?

I try to imagine a situation where groundnut or tomatoes from the North were the sources of revenue sustaining Nigeria, and wonder if the Northerners will concede to Southern states with more local govts receiving more revenues from the proceeds of sales of Northern products.
Am also wondering if the Northerners will stomach a situation where their states producing crops that sustains the economy of the country do not have factories or storage facilities for the produces while there are these factories in the south.
Am also trying to picture where a southern will Head a Ministry or parastal of which oversees a major revenue generating product of the North.
I also wonder if Nigeria would still be existing as one country if Oil was majorly in the north and the north was sustaining the country.

Nigeria is existing on a parasitic relationship where the north is depending on and exploiting the south.
Before the advent of oil, the North was self sufficient from sale of groundnut. While there were calls for Fedetalism, the North insisted and pushed for Regional govt because it didn't want to share its revenue with other regions. That's why the country was on Regional basis then.
As soon as Oil was discovered, the North fhru Ahmadu Bello canvassed for Federalism and pushed it on Tafawa Balewa who was the President then.
The same North who didn't want anything to do with Federalism were the ones insisting on Federalism because they envisage they would lose out on oil proceeds with the practice of regional govts.
I am 500% sure that the very day oil ceases in Niger Delta or there is discovery of oil in large quantities in the North, the Northern elites will push for Regional govt.
The North & South relationship is unfairly parasitic with the North being in the relationship on selfish basis.

But since coming to power, the fight against corruption has been clearly bias. The opposition has been target in the fight against corruption, while the Buhari govt has been neck deep in corruption &its government officials indicted are neither arrested or prosecuted.
3. Unilateral decision in appropriating and expending federal funds.
4. Non accounting of recovered loots:
5: Failure to address Petroleum sector corruption and irregularities despite being the Petroleum Minister.
6. The lingering fuel crisis despite increase pump price and deregulation.
7. Petrol subsidy claims: This is one time bomb that the Buhari govt has ignited and which might possibly consume the govt come 2018.
