It is very funny Nigerians to hear that the Director General kept a whopping sum of money in various denominations in a flat just like that! I can't see any sense in such an operation no matter the technicalities involve in his operation. It is simply unwholesome in this dispensation of cashless policy to keep such an amount of money at home... It is fraudulent to an average civilised mind. His action has brought ridicule to the Govt ..imagine Wike's ranting & Fayose's vituperations over this matter.
