I once worked for people like that in Lagos..Doing consultancy works earning millions but getting peanuts in return..the buck lies on your table.. Call it quite and look for a better alternative .. Take the risk of leaving a job that fetch you nothing than to be serving the interest of an undeserving boss.

Let the man go and establish a farm in his village that will take care of the jobless youths in that society.. Let him bring to their community investment that will ameliorate the poverty of the citizens therein. With 3 to 4 billion investments he won't need to be giving them rice annually .
