kings09:not just President, he is also the Minister of Petroleum. Kachukwu is only the minister of state for petroleum. |
Who is the Minister of petroleum? People always relegate Buhari and single Kachukwu for any blame. Kachukwu is the Minister of state for petroleum and buhari is the minister of petroleum. |
multikolour:Click on this your link and read it. He talked about the cost of landing the product in the country. We are agitation because it is price hike. Subsidy removal is a good thing. Just take a moment and read it because I am 100 percent sure you never read it. You depended on the misleading headline. |
multikolour:www.vanguardngr.com/2016/05/fuel-price-hike-fg-not-removed-subsidy-says-vp-osinabjo/ I can't believe nairaland is your own source. Did nairaland interview Kachukwu. I am not a zombi. I am a pro GEJ. It is price hike. Don't go and foool yourself among your peers. |
Uninformed children of Adam. FG has not removed subsidy, it is still there. The new pump price is due to dollar scarcity. When they remove subsidy you will know ... the price of fuel will be like 200 naira |
They have turned Mikel to central defender. Looking forward to seeing Mikel in-between the goal posts one day. |
Please no one should attack anybody here. Holy Mary everywhere. If you can't find yourself to post here just shut the door. |
What a job opportunity for the Zombies. |
No subsidy was removed and fuel is being sold at #145. Zombies, please I need to be cleared here. |
Chai! Even some Zombies' comments on Nairaland are more encouraging and promising than this heavenly-reward prophecy. |
Dollar started with WALKING to JUNGING. Is it preparing to RUN? Well, if it runs finish it will take him leg come back because the host is crippled |
Rich with fat(fact) |
jubebaister:decent and born WHAT? |
Where are the fap farmers? |
I failed it. I was writing it in my mind while reading it. |
Whenever I am bored, I become depressed and when I do, nothing interest me. Not even my favourite music. Even my girl's voice will sound like lai mohammed's. And when I look at the screen of my TV I see only Buhari's picture. |
sparrowkid:I am an economist and I have never seen where price hike is a way of being competitive. In any industry, the big boys always bring the price of their product down and that will force the other companies in the same industry to do the same and those who can't will be forced out of the industry. Look at the telecom now. Look at how competitive the industry is. They all strive to bring the best package at a minimum price. The masses(the customers benefits) from that. When it comes to petroleum, NNPC is the big boy here and every other marketers in the industry look up to them. NNPC's price determine theirs. They(the major marketers) will always make sure that the price differential between NNPC and them will not be up to #5. NNPC is for FG and every government's aspiration is to protect the masses. As a government, you can't just single out that major product that has effect in every part of the economy and say you want to save. Save at the expense of the masses. As it is now, fuel is a necessity and should be treated as such. It is retrogressive to put the price of oil at the roof top and always down play any bill that talks about minimum wage increment. Subsidy removal is a good thing but price hike is 'soft genocide'. We all know how we react to every government's actions. This will lead to inflation. |
sparrowkid:Is FG also sourcing for forex at that rate(285)? Why is NNPC wants to sell at the rate of 135-145 per litre? What Nigerians are facing right now is largely because of forex restrictions. Being strict to something that requires the natural law of demand and supply is something confusing. I think FG should loose it grip on forex. FG is into black market. I just feel that the cabals are the ones obtaining the forex at 197 and selling it at the parallel market. |
Category1:lol, funny you. When GEJ was the president I heard many people suggesting 'strong-hand' to rule Nigeria. Some said for a man to succeed as a president of Nigeria, the person must rule with iron hand. |
Guys and girls things
|
Op, your environment fresh pass the tomatoes. Good wife. Clean girl |
Get well soon |
Godgay:something like Solar zombi? |
redsconsult:#1000, I know it is too small but it means a lot to those house helps that collect below 20k. |
I am fantastically tired of this nation. |
I am fantastically tired of Apc government. Even if it is being sold at #100, it does not take away the fact that an oil producing nation is paying through the nose to get the fuel. The trickle effect of this fuel price is enormous. it is creepy to think about the difficulties those that collect below 60k will face. If you have a worker please just add 1000 to his or her salary. |
Please don't try it. I don't want double inflation(hyper inflation). Even if you can't help it please don't just announce it and go away, sit down and discuss it with her. Make her see the good part of subsidy removal. Let's make Nigeria better place. |
Father Lord please let Donald Trump wins U.S.A. Presidential election so that he will deport Nigerians over there. I want every Nigerian to enjoy this CHANGE together. Nonsense set of people. Do they even know how much pure water is being sold in Nigeria or what Nigerians in Nigeria will henceforth buy fuel?

Comments here show that Nigeria is not ONE, but I wonder why some people can't just see reality and embrace it. |
finalboss1:Money, seriously? We don't care about the money. She is going to be missed forever. Alor-Agu people will forever miss her. |
That girl is my cousin, though I never seen her in person. A friend called me 2 days ago to sympathise with me but I was confused. It is a pity. May your soul continue resting in peace. |
