Yes, I had to go read the post again. He never said he wants to claim “single”, he said he wants to apply alone with spouse unaccompanying. Abi? Topsmamen: If he changes to spouse accompanying after ITA and the recalculated CRS is less than the cut-off mark for which he got ITA, then that ITA must be declined or his application will be refused but if he submits his application before getting married and adds his spouse after AOR, his CRS will remain the same.
In this case, he is already married. |

Of course, there is. With TRV, no ielts required. Just look for suitable location to spend your holiday and submit necessary documents. roundface: Is there any way you can go to canada without writing IELTS? |

He never said he wants to claim single. He said he is married and wants to declare spouse unaccompanying. pejuhazel: Yes but since he's married he has to state it and I don't think he can switch back to spouse accompanying after getting ITA. Even if he can his score will be recalculated. Saying he's single when he's married is misrepresentation. |

But the points he will get as married with non-accompanying spouse will be same as single applicant. Declaring that the spouse will accompany post ITA will reduce his points too as CRS will be recalculated. No? pejuhazel: Wrong, he is already married so he has declare that whether or not she is accompanying. He could've been able to add her if he was single before submission then got married after. @slydog |

Yes, but if you add her post ITA, your score will be recalculated and if the point is lower than the cutoff CRS with which you got ITA, your application will be denied. Cc stencil topsmamen I’m correct, shey? slydog: Good morning Cally, pls I want to know- I'm married, but can I enter the EE pool alone with my wife as non accompanying then add her after I get ITA? |

A little research won’t kill. Sometimes, all it takes is to type in the search button, other times, it’s searching on google with the right keywords. Asking questions with answers on thread’s first page derails the thread. Same with posting emails and mobile numbers.
Let’s endeavor to do some reading and it doesn’t have to be all in one day. Unless there are no answers to your questions, then you can ask. You will be helping other learn this way too.
This journey require having tremendous amount of patience.
May we all make it to our new home as planned. Shalom. |

My question is this: I'm just starting the EE process and my dad is giving me the money for my POF and I want to invest it into treasury bills. Will treasury bills be accepted as POF and is the timing Ok even if it hasnt been 6 months in my account? Thanks |

I will like to add that, designated employees under AIPP preferred to employ applicants who are on ground (maybe on tourist visa for instance). You have to be physically present in Canada to have such chance. pejuhazel: Each province has participating employers, you can find a list online just Google it. You apply through their website. |

You’re applying for “Canadian PR” correct? whiteassnow: Thanks CheesyTee. Thought I won't need to evaluate my MS since it's obtained in the USA. Anyway, thanks. |

You can evaluate only your Masters to avoid sending SSCE. whiteassnow: Hello my people, I have a US Masters degree in engr and a BS in 9ja. Do I need both for my application? If yes, do I send both to WES for evaluation? |
