CheesyTee: I just realised delay of my visa decision may be due to wrong occupation code use on my CoS.
I have notified my employer about this and hopefully it can be resolved. Even though it is most likely they will need to apply for another CoS and me, another visa. The delay was not due to wrong occupation code. The MP nd my employer contacted UKVI and they replied they had technical issue and they're resolving it but the wait is tiring. This is the 17th week.. |

I Don put mind for next month. Maybe na week 16 I go receive decision. Since they're prioritising Ukraine application.
Also, they have backlogs and the have put priority and super priority on hold for applicants in the UK as well.

Osoderi: Refund of IHS payment
Good morning house i don't know if this is the right place to confirm this information. If not kindly direct me to the right group. pls i am trying to assist my friend working in health care to get refund of his ihs. i was told that when one work for six months one can apply for refund of ihs. i am trying to apply but is saying that if the application is successful it will be send to the bank or card used to pay the ihs. i am confused because my friend used his dollar account and card from Nigeria to make payment. How can this be transferred to Nigeria account?? why not our account here in the uk. how can one take the money since it will take years to go back home.
please is there anybody in the health sector that has successfully applied? kindly put me through pls. see attached . Thank you You can withdraw in the UK if you used Dollar card for IHS payment. |

oge18: Please I need advise oo...I am a student that is about to switch to tier 2 healthcare visa. I came in Sept 2021 do I need to use a bank statement for my tier 2visa application? Also is there anyone that has switched from student to tier 2 without completing their course? If your employer ticks Yes to providing maintenance fee, you don't need pof. If no you will have to provide bank statement since you have not spent 1yr in the UK. Standard visa processing period is quite longer you may pay for priority servi e if you can accord it. |
