Although, the above permutations may not be perfect but anything other than that will lead to chaos and bloodshed. Igbos are not aggressive and oppressive in nature but with our numbers and drive to succeed in all spheres of life, minorities will always feel marginalized and overwhelmed, even when there is no basis for it.
On the other hand, we can equally go for broke and create different countries, but while Igboland can succeed under one country, Niger Delta minorities can't, no matter how you sugar-coat it.
