Will you keep quiet . What is your problem, the Igbo region (Biafra) has the highest literacy rate due to it bieng them most funded area in the country.
The region has a higher life expectancy than any other region in the country and finally it is by far the most privellgeed area in terms of free healthcare, freee education and investment. (Excluding Lagos and Abuja).


Rivers and Akwa Ibom and Delta state are the top three most funded states in the country, so honestly stop this annoying rant.
