5) He is not incompetent when he took it upon himself to begin a program that seeks to release thousands of black people in prison for no good reason or for good reasons but for too long behind bars (helping him is Kim Kardashian)

6) He is not incompetent to have created a foreign policy which has done so much to weaken Islamic terrorist groups like Bokoharam, Isis, ISIL, etc. (Obama's foreign policy gave them so much impetus)

7) He is not incompetent to be the first president to not only recognise but stand up to China's American and world manipulation

He is not incompetent to be the first American president in recent history to be able to make North Korea friend and curb the threat of accidental nuclear war.

Guys, how does one knows if he has ulcer?

Bought a malaria drug containing 80 artmerther and 480 lumafatrine. I was suppose to use one in the morning n one in the night but I forgot the dosage and used two at once for two days (took two the evening I bought it and two the following morning), honestly I didn't feel well and my mind just went back to medicine, then I realized I made a mistake.

The evening I took two at one, I woke up in the midnight with pains in my stomach.....

.... I don't even want to know if this is ulcer or not but the symptoms looks like one when I checked the internet.
I have pain BTW my belly button n chest, I have this feelings like vomiting but av never vomited

So is there any drugs or herbal concoction u can prescribe for ulcer?

80/480? Do you want to kill yourself? Just stay calm. Do you have confirmed ulcer before taking this drug? If no, don't bother taking anything. Stop taking the drug, eating heavy meals, mostly fats (butter, oily meat, avocado), drink grape juice (wine) and lots of water. That'll neutralize the effect of the arth/lum. Be more careful next time!

Uhmm... Unless you're a doctor, I advice you desist from making such claims. I happen to be a medical student, and having done 2 years of Pharmacology before switching to Medicine and Surgery, I can confidently tell you that HCQ is a relatively safe drug, if taken as prescribed, paracetamol is even more harmful, if both are taken without prescription. Studies are being done on HCQ's effectiveness as a prophylaxis and it's showing promise. So maybe Mr Trump doesn't have to virus, he's just taking the drug as a prophylaxis.

I read a French study that showed that a combination of hydroxychloroquine (antimalarial) and azithromycin (antibiotic) reduces the viral loads in covid-19 patients. Similar studies were carried out in China, India, Germany, Belgium, and Israel. Thousands of patients have recovered thanks to those drugs. It so happens that remdesivir has made it through trials faster.
Don't just jettison a promising drug combo simply because someone you don't like (or someone you've been told to hate) praised the drug combo. Did Trump's medical advisers dispel the drug's potency? Democratic governors and lawmakers made them readily available in their own states, keep politics out of science.
