I really need to know why we all assume the WHO should have doubted China's account of this novel virus.

Why should any normal country allow such a virus to spread?
In the history of epidemics and pandemics, no country has ever tried to lie about the spread of a disease and purposefully allowed it to spread all around the world like a wild fire.
So why would the WHO doubt China's account? Africans didn't lie about Ebola or tried to cover it up, Even the same China didn't lie about the SARS virus in 2003 (unless they did lots of cover ups and lies that the world didnt ever discover).
So why would the WHO doubt their account NOW and double check data given to them?
Meanwhile, I'm sure the WHO has an office in China, filled with Chinese people who would only do the bidding of their communist government.
China gave the world a dirty blow, and WHO was also used as a pawn in China's shenanigans.
There should be a code of conduct to be respected amongst governments and every normal person would think global health should be prioritized by all nations, but we only realised too late that China is raving maddd....
Anyway, before I talk too much, why do you blame the WHO?

The WHO is China! It was cofounded by China! The DG was handpicked by the oppressive Communist Chinese regime! He was doing their bidding from day 1. Why rely on info from a govt that muzzled their own doctors and journalists, a govt that has been known to lie about everything even to as small as their GDP growth!!!

He waited until last month to declare it a global pandemic. He criticized Trump for imposing travel restrictions on China claiming it's racist and xenophobic.

Fourthly, the Wuhan Health Organization (WHO), not Trump, tweeted on January 14th that the Chinese virus was not transmitted human to human and they knew it was a big lie and that lie has cost us hundreds of thousands of lives. But we should all blame the orange bastard who, before China reared her ugly head in form of a virus, had the best economy in the world, the highest GDP growth, the lowest unemployment numbers.

Very true. I knew that long ago. Though China did not create the virus. It is one of the numerous bat coronavirus that they were studying in their laboratories. But it got out of the lab by mistake. And the stupid Chinese government tried to cover it up instead of informing the WHO and taking the right measures on time. Wuhan has the largest virus bank in Asia.

Do you know that SARS could have ended in July 2003? But other cases broke out from Chinese labs that were studying the SARS virus, thus preventing SARS from being eradicated until 2004.

The first case of SARS was recorded in Guangdong, China in November 2002. The stupid Chinese government did not inform the WHO till March 2003, after which cases had spread to Taiwan, Canada, Hong Kong and other countries.

WHO officials had been in Beijing China since February 2003 bases on suspicions. The Chinese government did not allow them to visit Guangdong till April 2003. That was when the US government withdrew their citizens from China and schools started to shut down in Asia.

Chinese officials later admitted to undereporting SARS cases by as much as 1300%. So, 4000 people could have SARS and the Chinese government will report 40. Some experts even suspect that the percentage was more than that.

China messed up the world with SARS and they are doing the same thing with Covid-19. Hundreds of thousands will die because of China. Jobs will be lost. Companies will crash. Economies will die down all because of the stupid Chinese secretive policies.

Do you know that there were at least 3 other virus outbreaks between 2004 and now? But, their governments acted fast, thus saving lives.

China even lied to the WHO that the coronavirus couldn't spread from human to human. They are also lying that they had only 3700 deaths when the number of vessels used to collect ashes of death people in Wuhan within that period was far far more than that.

If China had reported the truth to the WHO on time, all these wouldn't have happened.


The virus isn't man-made but it escaped from a lab where they were studying various bat coronaviruses. Same way the SARS virus escaped from Chinese labs from 2002-2004.

I applied for medicine lol, my Jamb score was 198, I believe that was why I didn't get the course, my utme score was high 270, but lemme tell u, I will still prefer business to medicine even though it pays well.
Yes I was frustrated when I got the course but I came to understand how the outside world rocks thanks to this course.
Sometimes the best option is not the right option, we need a course that prepare us for the future not a course that prepare us to get a job.

Moreover soil science is a course u could easily secure a Job except u have no idea what the course entails then u can say anything about it
