I don't think it should be a problem. The only thing is that yours should be the first, since theirs is linked to your GWF number, or you should apply together at the same time.
Is a student visa of skilled worker; mine is a student visa
Alright, thank you so much. I think I will have to apply first then theirs come later
Mine is also a student visa

Thanks for your response, one more question please. Is it possible to submit the applications in different centres? For instance I submit my application in lagos as the primary applicant and my dependant submit in Phc at different dates.

Its already part of the checklist. With the rapid changes at the embassy, he can be denied the visa on this requirement. The payment plan of the university is independent of the consulate's decision. If you can get a 2-month loan for the tuition, pay it. The moment you get to Deutschland, you can withdraw such a mouth completely at once since it's different from the normal monthly means of livelihood.

Alternatively, he can attend. Pray that the VO will not tag your application as incomplete. But one thing is sure, you must show proof of the one year tuition
@Hannania which account cpuld be used to block
the school fee. is it possible to open two seperate fintiba account . One for the living expenses and the other for tuition

Do you think rescheduling would be the best option now to buy some more time? Although on the admission letter, it is stated that he already paid his enrolment fee.

Hannania:
They'll check his admission letter then ask for either one year payment of the tuition, or a block account evidence showing the amount. If you can , just block the first year tuition. You can withdraw it instantly the moment he lands in Deutschland.

This requirement is on the checklist:

Thank you so much for your response and fir sharing with me the checklist link. To be honest I cannot pay the school fees in full right now due to financial constraints currently but there's a monthly payment plan I am discussing with the university. My concern now is can he go for his interview then later we can sort it out? Thanks

It's still the same. Just prepare for basic maths questions if you're going for a technical course, or general fundamental questions if you're in a separate field. It's a straight forward and easy interview as long as you've not lied in your documents
Thank you so much for your response @Hannania, one for question, on my brother's appointment, the link to access the student visa checklist is not working and due to how urgent it is, he is unable to secure a public university admission letter so we opted for a private university because his appointment is next week Tuesday. Could you comment on the school fees payment because as of now we have only his BA ready. Thank you

MackyNaija:
1. Nobody can predict chances. There are high possibilities depending on your course if it's in the sciences.
I have very very strong faith in Phd Electrical Engrg or Phd Computer Science and their affiliated minors.
There are many routes to permanent residency in the US.

But do not discount coded courses e.g Phd Material Science.
All this might mean something different depending on your course, work experience and specialization.

2. I can bet my kidneys that the US is the most immigrant-friendly country in the world today.
I can see many many job openings every day, if you have the right skills or you can even build them during your studies, you'll get a job.
Some skills are in higher demand than others.
Germany also has a language barrier.

Hope I have been able to convince and not confuse you with my answers. cheesy
Many thanks for your reply MackyNaija. I deeply appreciate, your response didn't confuse me rather it gave me a better glimpse into the picture. However, could you still further list and buttress the available PR ways you mentioned .

Thank you so much

Hello guys... please I need your view on this.

I'm about rounding off my msc in Germany and am considering goiing to the US for PhD .

My question is what are the possibilities for Nigerians to get job and most importantly PR after studies in US? Is this a good move or the advantages of US outweighs that of Germany

I would really appreciate your opinion.

Thank you so much.

Good afternoon sire, please Whats the best and cheapest available flight now from lagos to rwanda

gracedson:
-He should Book a round trip flight
-Get his PCR from Nigeria ready
-He should fill Rwanda locator form and pay for Arrival PCR test online, He may also pay for the test at the point of entry $
-He should make reservation for hotel online before arriving at Kigali, I’d suggest Onomo Hotel (Kigali).

On Onomo Hotel’s website, you can make reservations freely, But you may need to attach your Card for payment (they are not going to charge you, You will pay in cash upon Check-IN).

Yes, you can order for Nigerian food from “Best Nigerian Food in KGL”, check this thread, a lot of people has talked about them.

I just landed in Nigeria few hours ago from Kigali, I spent 23 days, I’d be glad to assist you incase of any other questions.

In as much as our government has totally failed us as a nation in all ramification, that doesn't justify any reason whatsoever to indulge in scam. We all that isn't privileged to be born in a wealthy home has undergone serious unbelievable and extreme level of poverty. I am a definition of such situation. But then, with patience and focus and hardworking and the audacity of hope in doing the right thing and keep pushing we can always triumph. But today the story is different, I am in DE for my masters. This is someone that came from the lowest of lowest level of economic background with no hope of food nor water. My story is much, I intend opening a thread or writing a book about my struggles and trials and my travails some day. I think our youths and people are too impatient and want to acquire overnight wealth but it doesn't work like that, there are processes in life. In whatever situation we find ourselves at any given point in time is to prepare us to the next level. I was listening to huspuppis video recently when his arrest was making waves, mind you it was when he was arrested that I went ahead to read about him. So in the video he was talking about coming and being born in a poor family and his father after serving the government couldn't get a good life after retirement, I was awed and baffled. I immediately considered him lucky because to me my parents never worked for any government or gainfully employed. We were meagre small scale farmers in small settlement only could cultivate what to eat not to talk of living a luxury life. His excuse wasn't justifying and didn't add up for him to go into crime. I just saw a greedy and wicked human. Please let's not always be economicall with the truth, until then these crimes will still be on the high and young people won't appreciate hard work.

Thanks brother. I will be careful but not too careful and my guardian Angel will be with me also.

I hope they aren't as described.

As for Barbara, she's still free and open bro grin grin grin.

Thanks for the input.
Many thanks for such a remarkable writing prowess. I have plans to open a thread like this here on nairaland to share my academic and life experiences here in DE someday but due to busy schedule I have not given it a shot. I admire the work you're doing here, I deeply appreciate. I look forward to having a drink with you possibly after the covid-19 pandemic has reduced when I visit France during Christmas holidays.

In addition, I would like to connect with Barbara, nice style she has that I fancy. Do you mind seeking her consent on my behalf?

Thank you so much

Best regards

Congrats on your visa sir! I didn't know you could get a visa before confirming blocked account o.
If I were in your shoes and I couldn't raise the balance by the 5th of December, I will send them confirmation of the 6k I have and show clear plans on how I would raise the balance of 4k before the one year is over, to prove that I won't be stranded.

Good luck bro
please do you have a sample plan you suggest.? please kindly share. thank you so much for your response
