(c) Local defence production in navy, army and air force.

(e) Upgraded navy trainning to cover naval infantry and SBS, sub-sea trainning.
(f) Upgraded trainning curriculum in all military schools to cover counterinsurgency, urban warfare, desert warfare, counter terrorism, IED detection, etc.
(g) Real life intelligence experience for new officers and trainees in the north east for DIA, DMI, NIA.
(h) Real life experience in use of drones.

If the military benefits, then its good for naija.

There need to be STRICT laws regarding use of heavy duty vehicles on roads within mid to high density areas.

Last week in Benin, one drove a tipper with high speed within a market area. Thankfully, no one was hurt. I don't understand such high level of senselessness!

In such areas, such vehicles shouldn't exceed 20km to 30km/hr.

On the highways, their speed limit - 100km/hr.

Those were three thunderous slaps dished out to a man on campus at a restaurant

You dey craze? You dey mad said the guy that dished out the slaps..

The attacked fellow didn't say a word... Before we knew it, the attacker went and took a bottle,broke it and stabbed the fellow in the neck...

What happened was that in the restaurant, the attacked fellow was trying to adjust his table and in the process,he poured hot soup(not intentionally) on the attackers clothes...He apologized but in a 'egoistic' way(He wasn't sober)

People around rushed to the guy and tried to cool him down while the attacked guy was bleeding and had to be taken to the clinic.

LITTLE DID THE ATTACKER KNOW THAT THE PERSON HE JUST SLAPPED AND STABBED WAS THE AXXEHEAD OF THAT TEMPLE
