safarigirl:Lol.... the last sentence cracked me up (Good send a of humor). Anyway, I am glad you partly agree with me on something. |
safarigirl:His replacement is urgent!!! Any injury to Osimhen and you are left with Onuachu as your stricker!!!!. Isaac Success only played one game, against Senegal in a friendly, and gave a good account of himself in that match. How many games has Onuachu played? |
safarigirl:Going by your logic, better to continue with Onuachu than to try Isaac Success? Seriously, sentiments aside, I have this feeling that Isaac Success game would mesh well with our current crop of players. |
safarigirl:Do you have any other number 9 that can play for Nigeria currently? |
My impression after this match may be simple but unpopular. We need 2 good alternatives to our current crop of players for the following positions: 1) We need another number 9 to compliment Osimhen. I would go with Isaac success ( for speed, strength and hold up play). Onuachu is just too static for the kind of young players we have now. Currently our attack is centered on speed and mobility. 2) I also believe Iwobi needs competition in number 10. Ihenacho can be converted to an attacking midfielder for us (imagine ihenacho and Osimhen combination). Eberechi Ezeh is another name being floated. Azeez was not bad today but would need to be evaluated more. In my opinion, we have a good compliment of players for the other positions. With good management we could become world beaters. |
TheSuperNerd:I don't think Osimhen and Abraham partnership is possible with the 4-4-2 formation. You include iwobi ( attacking midfielder to make the partnership effective) and the wing players, you are left with one more mid fielder (most likely defensive mid-fielder). Our Central Mid- Field would be practically non-existent. We would only be relying on quick counters for attacks in those games. |
safarigirl:Safari girl, you assertion is dubious at best. The connotation of your question, when put in the context of earlier statements, makes it a statement to buttress your belief. Please learn to accept when you are wrong. |
I have watched with interest as people vigorously clamor for the inclusion of onyekuru and chukwueze to the starting line up of the Super eagles. In as much as I am not a coach, and don't claim to be one, I see some reasoning to Rohrs logic. Onyekuru is a left wing player, primarily a number 11. Who is he going to replace? Musa? If you remove Musa from that attacking line up, Ighalo would be useless. From my observation, Musa is our most potent selfless attacking threat. Definately needed for a South African team that like to play open football, thereby leaving openings for Musa to run into. Yes, Rohr missed an opportunity to test Onyekuru at the dud third match against Madagascar. However, that opportunity is gone. Onyekuru would most reasonably be brought in as a replacement for Musa after the game has already been won with a good margin, not when we are still chasing the game. Chukwueze has great attacking potential but is very poor defensively. This actually caused him some trouble with Amuneke during his under 17 days. Though I am not a coach, it makes sense to use players that can attack and defend well on the wings(Simon and Kalu) as starters. Please bear in mind that Awaziem is currently playing in an ad hoc position, hence he may need help defensively in that position. It also makes sense to bring Chukwueze into the foray in the second half when the opposing defenders are tired and more prone to mistakes. In summary, Rohr has his deficiencies. However, we have to be pragmatic when criticizing him on his team selection. He is only working with what he has. |

shogotermies:13% interest monthly is pure greed!!!! How would you agree to that term for a business that is still on the beginning phase. |
Dedetwo:Abeg which "skilled, hungery girls" from under 20 or under 17 can compete at this level in Nigeria. Please expound i am confused. |
Electric car with what electricity in Nigeria? In developed countries there are charging stations where you can charge your car for a fee, analogous to gas stations. What happens when you run out of power while traveling? We never see electricity boil water na to use for car. Abeg talk something wey get sense. |
TheGoodJoe:This reasoning does not make sense. This was how we lost David Alaba. How do you think it is fair for another country to develop a player and you come to claim the finished product at the senior level. Well, just me musing. |
Earthquake2:Dude, I agree with you. Zaha exhibits class in his football. Imagine the roles reversed and Zaha in Man City. City would have been unbearable. Son in Crystal palace may not have much impact. Zaha is one of the most underrated players currently. That guy was a huge loss to England. |
Overt corruption is an endemic problem in Nigeria and africa, as a whole. However, characterising it as being evrywhere is just plain wrong. Going by your arguement, please remind me the American president was was impeached for corruption. |
I know this may sound contrary to popular norm, however, I have observed that the Super Eagles play better when these two players are not available. Victor Moses plays very selfishly with purposeless dribbling that tend to slow our attack down. Ighalo, on the other hand, plays a more one dimensional attack that could easily be stiffled by a good defense. I propose we use lhenacho and Alex Iwobi as two point strikers in a false 9 position, adopting the 3,5,2 formation ( same strategy we used with Argentina). You may observe that we tend to confuse and disorganise other opponents a lot when we counter ( Argentina and second half England games come to mind). Mikel is needed in the attacking midfield position while Ogu and Ndidi are needed in the defensive midfield position. Ighalo and Victor Moses may come in as substitutes to change the game strategy later on. Definitely not as starters. This is just my musing. Tell me what you think. |

I posted this elsewhere. But since I am looking for a response, I copied and pasted it here.... I may sound a little biased. However, I am an avid supporter of Imoh Ezekiel. In my earlier post, I voiced my concern when I taught he was going to be excluded from the Olympic team by Siasia, after a convincing display during a friendly with Brazil. Ofcourse, he undoubtedly became our most creative playmaker at the Olympics. I watched with dismay as he was overlooked during the world cup qualifiers. Hence, this promoted the creation of this topic. Guys, I would love your honest opinion on this. What do you think of Victor Moses and Imoh Ezekiel combination on the wings during the world cup. You may rewatch his highlight during the Olympics on YouTube to refresh your memory. I know our attack is one of the best parts of our national team, but my plan is to make it more potent (as to be honest, our defence is very worrisome currently). I sincerely believe that if enough interest is voiced, it may draw the NFF to look more closely at that option. We may start out by trying him out in a friendly match (ideally paired with Moses). |

I believe your story is either completely made up (which is most likely the case) or your boyfriend is a lying wannabe. Enough said. |
The chance of a 23 year old getting breast cancer is next to none (except, of course, there is a family history). Fibroadenoma is CONFIRMED with a biopsy but as a physician, you can reasonably make a diagnosis based on clinical presentation. I strongly recommend you look up the recent ACS breast cancer recommendations. ChelseaDr: |
First, this is not a surgical case. Secondly, what other information do you need other than described by the author, firm, "moves around" and periodically grows (read the discription again) or do you consider doing a lumpectomy on a 23 year old a good idea? frenchwine: |
smithval:Agreed. However, I just think yearly clinical exam is all she needs. I do not think she needs any invasive procedures (not even a biopsy, due to possible effects on breast symmetry down the line, especially for her age). This is fibroadenoma, I believe, due to her age and clinical presentation. Phylloides would definitely look scarier on presentation and would also grow quicker. Common things being colon though. |
My guy, this is fibroadenoma. Completely benign, based on clinical presentation discribed and the patients age. It tends to increase in size with pregnancy and during her monthly periods due to increased surge in estrogen during those periods. You can google it too. |
Kunlexxxx:My guy, I believe you are wrong. There are some MBA players that are HIV POSITIVE and still playing as we speak. Magic Johnson played for sometime in the MBA prior to retiring after he announced his HIV Status (meanwhile he found out after he went for a life insurance examination). HIV test is not part of most sports facility physical exam or even physical exam required for most jobs ( I cannot think of any Job where Hiv screening is included as a pre-requisite over here). The footballer just hit serious jackpot. He needs to hire a good lawyer and sue the hell out of those idiots. |
GossipHeart:Dude, HIV has been well documented to be transmissible via sexual intercourse (vaginal and anal). Intact, it is the most common way of transmission worldwide currently ( you can check it too). It is really apalling to chastise someone when you are very deficient in your fund of knowledge of a subject. |
Ugosample:That's right. I did not see the west African in the sentence. My point was just to help us stop the attitude of accepting mediocrity that is prevalent in this country. Settling for less. |
kobonaire:Ivory coast won gold in tikwondo. Kenya won gold and silver in 5000 meters. |
O boy, I fear this goal keeper ooo!!!!! |
Let's put this in perspective. You cannot hear a non-prerecorded call, even from the carrier company. The server company can only give you information on the call history (phone numbers of all calls done in a certain month. If this story is true, I would recommend you cut off all communication with her. Unfortunately you may also limit the information you give to the rest of your family. The less she knows the better in this scenario. |
To put all these in perspective, it is a crime to solicit a prostitute in almost all states in the United States, apart from Nevada. You may end up getting jailed with a sex offender record. Secondly, a car park attendant has as much right over here as a congressman. No one is above the law. In a more organised country the congressman would be disgraced out of office, tried publicly and prosecuted. I sincerely believe there is some truth to the allegations. Bearing in mind the potential diplomatic implications of this allegations, no one would ever brig up these allegations to a nigerian congressman except if this was overtly done. |
neonly:Please how is Buhari associated with this? |
And have potentially other wicked attacking combos waiting to be unleashed like the Musa-Osimhen-Kalu, the Musa-Osimhen two man attack in a 3-5-2 or 4-4-2, the Lookman-Osimhen-Kalu/Chukwueze, the Onyekuru-Osimhen-Chuks/Kalu.... etc... so just relax. We won't miss Tammy as much but we will surely fantasise about the added depth he would have given us upfront.
? Like seriously?
