i am really happy for vincent as he has been representing in all fronts. may our good lord continue to bless him and let him grow from strenght to strenght. I heard some commentators say that he scored a career 20 goals, could this be true and why are big clubs not signing him on?@OLAADEGBU, since when has scoring goals become the pre-requisite for big clubs to sign goalkeepers? |

what is all these issues with the death of mama vasta? is he the only one who died in that incident? why talking abt him without others? mama vasta was a military man and a senior one in that regards and he knew the implications of whatever step he took. will this woman be saying all these things had it been her husband was successful? women are always like this. it is possible she pushed her husband into this death in her inordinate ambition to be first lady. what happened to all these women whose husbands were successful in their coups? is any of them coming to seek our sympathy from time to time? madam mama vasta, u must learn to enjoy in times of success and bear the pains of loss in times like this as i urge u not to make this a public issue. |
Politics / Re: Ribadu Opens Campaign Office In Abuja ! by chidichris(m): 4:06pm On Aug 18, 2010 |
funny enough, we as a ppl have been disorganised by hunger and poverty that we all think straight. so if ribadu becomes president, he will come back and fight obj and his corrupt personels. by the way, if it is not obj's making, how will he allow ribadu to come back and run against his line-up? will pdp ever allow any strong oposition? the earlier we begin to reason along with these political criminals, the better for us. |
Sports / Re: To The Memory Of Sam Okwaraji, the Most Finest Nigerian Footballer Of All Time! by chidichris(m): 12:14pm On Aug 15, 2010 |
oh, what a waste? it is better to be envied than to be pitied. sam okwaraji's case was a lesson from which today's footballers are learning from. nigeria has proved time and time again that the word PATROTISM is only valid in papers. let them call u unpatrotic while ur family enjoys ur patrotism. sam okwaraji wanted to change things at the federal level but today, the family is in a pitiable situation. |
Politics / Re: Beyond Emotions: What Does Goodluck Jonathan Stand For? by chidichris(m): 10:38am On Aug 15, 2010 |
jonathan's personality and his readiness to move nigeria forward was shown in the last week's election in imo state. in that election, 27 local govts participated and 300 words were also involved. the result of that election showed 27/27 and 300/300. what a wonderful way to introduce a one party system of govt? to me, jonathan is and represents 3rd term agenda and is working to extend obj's grip on the leadership of nigeria. unfortunately, i am from the eastern part of nigeria and i must say this. NIGERIA WAS EVEN BETTER UNDER THE SO-CALLED NORTHERNERS. since 1999, all the eastern states have been going backward because the interest has been to be in pdp and remain loyal to the FG while the masses can go to hell. the only eastern former gov that face charges was orji uzor kalu because he was not loyal to obj but now that he is in pdp and loyal to them, i know he will nolonger be a criminal. what we have in jonathan is just an invisible hands of obj making sure the objectives of third term agenda is fulfilled to the last letter. |

@ chidichris @kenogy, hahahahahahahahahahahaha. u have really made my day. u, discussing mikel's future in chelsea fc? hahahaha. i can't remember hearing such a funny talk in a very long time. who are u? do u have a future? mikel has suffered. that is what one gets been a nigerian. how on earth can a weed infested brain discuss the future of a well programmed professional. one day, terry gee will tell nigerians how he is thinking of the future of goodluck jonathan. uncle, pls get a life and start planing a future bcs for mikel, some learned tested and trusted brains are been paid to think for him. even if his place in chelsea is lost today, he can afford to start a great business where professors can be employed. am sorry, do u know he is earning like 80,000 pounds a week and have u ever thought of multiplying that by 4 which is one month and then by 12 which is 12 months. what is ur worth in all ur wisdom? |
Politics / Re: Nigeria To Buy More Presidential Jets by chidichris(m): 4:48pm On Aug 13, 2010 |
if i am goodluck, i will make sure every senator and minister gets at least one jet. we will remember under obasanjo, one of his aides (andy Uba) was caught in money laundary in the usa via our presidential jet. these jets when he buys them, will help his aides to easily carry our funds to various locations at the same time and thereby making looting an easy job. because we do not have problems, because we have attended highest level of developments, because we have excess cash, all we need to do now is to let the president buy more yatches, planes, trains and if possible presidential ships. by the way, our president is supposed to have a house in the moon. pdp has no agenda and as long as pdp remains in power especially with this new found one party system of government, it is obvious zimbabwe will soon be better than nigeria. |

if at the waste of such amount, nairalanders still believe obj to be the best president of nigeria, it means other presidents must have wasted N500trilion. mr. do or die is an economic waste and ribadu is a national deciet. only in nigeria will u see a man who cannot take care of his family taking care of the whole nation. |
Politics / Re: Jega: Naive Electoral Umpire Or Corrupt Acolyte. by chidichris(m): 1:52pm On Aug 13, 2010 |
we now have a taste of the 2011 jega madness in imo state where 27/27 and 300/300 local chairmen and word councellors respectively won under pdp. since nigeria has been confirmed a one party system of govt, why wasting N87b on unnecessary voters'card. the arrangement here is to bring a situation where iwu will be a saint. at least under iwu, one or two chances were given to opositions but under jega, everything will jaga jaga. |

@Chidi, @Ranoscky, in arsenal, who says where a player plays and how he plays? his countrymen or his coach? from mourinho to grant to scolari down to hiddink and now ancelloti mikel has been there and non of this coaches have considered selling mikel because he is not scoring a goal so do u think u and 12large have a better knowledge of the round leather than the afore mentioned world class coaches. on the other hand, is it not a generally accepted thing that he who pays the piper dictates the tone? mikel's partern of football is more of a distablizing machine and a tempo killer when the oponents are on attack. at that level, it is no longer a school children football. every coach has a partern and players are bound to play to instruction and that instruction is not from 12large but from the coach. since the arrieval of ancelloti, we see chelsea with flows and scoring goals like in handball games yet the same group of players with which hiddink and mourinho will score one goal and frustrate u with a water tight defence. in arsenal today, everybody goes for goal and thereby pay less attention to their defence and in the last 5 seasons, we all know what that has earned them. if u know patrick viera of the arsenal days, u will always see mikel. how come among all nigerian players, it is only mikel that his topics full this forum? will all these noise abt mikel stop when he scores like drogba? do u know that if mikel goes to a club like arsenal, he will score more goals than nigerian strikers? a thread topic was started here that mikel is in trouble with the signing of ramirez only for me to see 12large now saying mikel is lucky bcs ramirez does not know how to play ball. if i may ask, if 12large a specialist or a mikel analysts or is mikel his father or uncle? |
Sports / Re: Mikel Obi Please Score A Goal Or Shoot On Target by chidichris(m): 8:25am On Aug 11, 2010 |
*Agrees wiv thread starter. @x Jayson x, who among u all here is qualified to dictate for mikel or decide what mikel does on the pitch? how many nigerians are in english league? how many of them are more stable in their teams than mikel? who among the nigerian players is scoring goals even among the strikers? how many threads on this forum are designed to praise our players and how many are designed to write them off? saddists are those who do not find anything good in other ppl's lives and they do not rejoice with successful ppl rather they celebrate other ppl's failures. watch ur steps b4 u turn urself into one. |

wen i 1st saw dis topic i JCSL Grin Y? b'cos, i was already on high expectations to read about what Chidichris would comment! Chidi, im enjoyin your analysis so far buh pls, do me a favour, try focusin more on d topic n forget about mikels wealth. nobody hia is askin him for money, buh, an upgrade on his style of play ie movin forward with d ball, attempt on goals scorin etc. To me, i have no problem with his (mykel) style of play, so long as my CM'er is well creative in his position with my strikers well fed with d ball up front, n my wingers doin a good job back n forth down d flank den, i'll advice mykel to remain in his position n finish d dirty job for me in d DM. I would allow him to move forward for goal scorin if only we'r a goal down, n tym is nomore on our syd, just lyk goal keeper's run to dia opponents post wen dey have an injury tym corner kick! @Ranoscky, it is really unfortunate that i have to say this. nigerians know little or nothing abt football and if a nigerian says a player is good, others will say otherwise. look at jay jay okocha, he was the most important footballer that nigerians know yet he never played in any good team. nobody recognised kanu the way okocha was recognised yet kanu played in the best teams. mikel is a chelsea team for 5 seasons and the chelsea we all know does not compromise. if mikel has played under mourinho, grant, hiddink, scolari and now ancelloti, will it not be an act of foolishness for road side traders to condem a player that has been accepted by these world class coaches? you sound like the wisest man on earth but u never stop for once to ask urself wat these caoches see in him(mikel). mikel was a vital part of the chelsea team that broke history in epl when the scored 105 goals in epl. if chelsea pays the bill of this man, i think they stand a better chance is telling him what they want. i discuss wealth bcs that is why mikel is in epl. i discuss wealth bcs 99.9999% of players in epl are there to make money. u can only discuss anyone who is doing well and anyone doing well must be rich but u can prove me wrong by linking me to any poor man on the news or that enjoys this kind of popularity. |

Sports / Re: Mikel Obi Please Score A Goal Or Shoot On Target by chidichris(m): 9:00pm On Aug 09, 2010 |
This chidi self, you funny no be small! If the truth must be said, the fact is that this Mikel is not the same Mikel we all knew in 2005 Fifa U/20 youth championship, the guy who came out as overall second best player after Messi, who was described by fifa website then as a young man carrying the head of an adult, not forgetting how Jose Morhino and Alex Ferguson almost exchanged blows while trying to lure Mikel to their Club. Was Mikel a defensive midfielder then, if not, what suddenly happened? @manosteel, u sound like someone ready to learn and i like u for that. mikel before he signed for chelsea was just playing soccer at a low level and what he did on joining chelsea is just a change of level. in mourinho, mikel was meeting a world class coach for the first time. at chelsea, mikel was coming to play under the biggest boys in soccer not forgeting how hot lampard, makalele, ballack, essien, deco and a host of other tested and trusted plahyers of this world were and u can attest to the fact that mikel displayed courage at the highest level for taking that risk. u will agree with me that 99.9999% of nigerians never give mikel the chance and opportunity he has already in chelsea. converting mikel to holding midfielder was and is the best thing that happened to mikel. if u have been watching mikel closely, u will agree with me that mikel doe not have the desired stamina to run from post to post hence seating back was the best way to make use of mikel at the highest level. why are we not talking positives here? mikel in his first season saw like 3 red cards and many yellows but today we can hardly see yellow going to mikel despite his sensitive role. in 2005, mikel came second but there were players who came third and fourth and various other outstanding players in that tourne, where are they? or was 2005 just between mikel and messi? if mikel can do 5 seasons with chelsea, it means he is good. if mourinho was wrong in converting mikel, what abt grant, scolari, hiddink, and now ancelloti? Chelsea vs Man Utd, FA Community Shield. @IbrahimB, thanks for making available all these information. mikel's place was under threat before he signed chelsea hence that is no longer a news. mikel was signed into chelsea when makalele, ballack, essien, lampard, joe cole etc were all there so signing ramires will not be new thing. can u swear that u have never seen any good news abt mikel before. if u have seen any, can u swear that u made them available like u did these ones now? no matter what mirror and telegraph say, u and i know that mikel is well placed and chelsea has contract with mikel of which he will be a very rich man at the end of that if not the richest among his peers. on the other hand brother, mikel is blessed above our background criticisms. |

what nigeria players are doing this week is irresponsible. adeleye played yesterday but have given excuse for korea game, mikel the same. obinna on pre season also gave excuse men i hope siasia don't tolerate this nonsense @12large, if u are not a madman, u will still be a madman. u have jumped from a topic u started here to another unrelated topics. which one do we follow now? do u want to turn all of us to mad ppl. by the way, are u not aware that such unimportant friendly is surposed to be a testing ground for unestablished players rather than these established ones. ppl are asking u questions on the topic of mikel. someone is asking u why u think the coach is not happy with what he is doing? it is obvious u are frustrated in life. leave the guys alone bcs they are enjoying their lives. if u are not a disabled person, why are u not playing for nigeria? in everything u post here, u play the role of a fault finding machine. is it possible no one makes u happy in life? are u a saddist? |

@poster, what do u want us to do for u? u had a secret assistant who helped u do what u cld not do in two yrs - lucky u. by the way, do u know what u did by sucking that milk? u just harvested where u did not sow. all these while, u have been playing safe avoiding death but now someone played a suicide mission only for u to come back to suck. to be relaxed, u need to unlease the dragon and enter the street and make sure u pregnant at least 12 girls as a revenge. and there is the possiblity that the girl knows u are only good at sucking hence she shared it bewteen u and the other man according to ur area of specialisation and that is called distribution of labour. |
Sports / Re: John Obi Mikel: Comparing Him With Lionel Messi by chidichris(m): 12:16pm On Aug 09, 2010 |
hahahaha, pls learn to live by that or try suicide. mikel is playing in a club that is world class along world class players and under the management of a world class coach and meet world class clubs and players from time to time and under the watchful eyes of world class spectectors hence i have no other world to qualify such guy rather than calling him a world class player. yes that is what he is. die if u are not comfortable with that. |
Sports / Re: Mikel Obi Please Score A Goal Or Shoot On Target by chidichris(m): 10:50am On Aug 09, 2010 |
Mikel wont attack to save his own life. I just checked his statistics, he has had exactly 70 shots in four seasons with Chelsea(premier league only). That's less than 18 shots every season. Some players get more than 18 shots in a game. @megida, where did u check the satistics that u mentioned? if it is in chelsea's site, did u not find out that mikel has scored two times for chelsea? the problem is that most of u are dumb to death. pls go back to ur satistics and remain there until u find out that mikel has scored twice for chelsea so as to enable u use the right language to tell 12large because he is not in any way understanding my language. |

the last time i checked, i was told that he who pays the piper dictates the tone. 12large, how will mikel's goal change ur life? i have told you on more than 20 different occassions that mikel has scored twice for chelsea. if mikel's coach and those who sign his weekly cheque are happy with his sleeping in the field and if the club made their historic doubles with that, why are u bothering urself? chelsea allowed players like deco, balletti, ballack and joe cole to leave while mikel remains. are u are coach? if yes, u are a nigerian coach and non of our coaches is a world class. i think u shld be worried abt ur scattered life. mikel is a well organised man that has employed best of brains to manage his funds for him and u are here worrying abt him. my dear, tell urself the truth, if ur parents have the opportunity to choose between u and mikel, who will they choose? how useful are u to urself, ur parents, ur village, lga, state and nigeria as a whole? if someone employs u tomorrow as an advicer, do u think u will do well? will u like to work as an advicer to mikel? for once i agree with 12large Shocked Shocked Shocked @dominique, the last time i hear a name similar to urs was in south africa 2010 and the owner made a shameful appearance with the french national side. well, since u are related to failure, the choice of agreeing with ur partner in failure (12large) is urs. the guy mikel has grown above local hatred and irrelevant critics like u. world class players like joe cole, ballack, deco and balletti have all left chelsea but mikel still dey so go and sleep. most of u boys wey dey smoke and weed and drink shekpe, ur reasoning dey always dey different but in all, u need small time off. |

Politics / Re: Obasanjo Blasts Senators by chidichris(m): 11:50am On Aug 08, 2010 |
char coal calling kettle black. obj's second name is corruption. his regime made nigeria a very corrupt country. his 2007 selection(election) was the worst in the history of man. he slept with his own daughter inlaw. he killed two villages - one in bayelsa and one in benue. |
Politics / Re: Obasanjo’s Govt Promoted Corruption — Reps ! by chidichris(m): 11:45am On Aug 08, 2010 |
this same obj that is fighting corruption now was the obj that sent his security operatives to beat up AIT staffs for airing the nass live proceeding on 3rd term. the funny aspect of it is that when atiku was accused of corruption in 2007, he did not object to that rather he said, yes, i am corrupt but we are two in it. he made us to understand that whatsoever crime he committed was committed alongside obj and that brueied the matter because the man vowed not to go down alone and today is anyone calling atiku corrupt again? the answer is no. the harlibutton and siemens scandals all showed obj was involved and nothinmg was made out of the two cases till date. now, the house of rep. obj said they are corrupt and they know obj was right but to make it more truthful, they are pointing to the leader of their gang and he is no other person than obasanjo. from 1999 till date, no one can mention any big time crime or scandal that does not have the name of obj in it and this accounts to why non of these cases has been resolved but obasanjo himself has refused to quit and give room for transparency. obasanjo is the symbol of corruption in nigeria. change is the only constant thing in life and this wicked grandfather and great great garnd ancestor has refused to give room for change. look at other countries, wether u did well or not, u will at the end of ur tenure give room for another group to try their luck. great and influential presidents like clinton and bush all gave change a chance hence america has obama today. it is obvious that obasanjo is afraid hence he is seating on the way of justice always. at his age, his brain can only experience diminishing returns and that exactly what nigeria is suffering from. weak brains like that of obasanjo is in charge. one day, we will see this same obasanjo wearing the nigerian jersey and the captain armband of the super eagles as the captain of our national team because he has refused to be old. i know some old soldiers of obj's levels in my village, they are partial madmen as a result of injections and drugs used on them during their active years and from the way obj address the press and act in public gatherings, one can see that he is not different from the ones in my village. in other countries, a man who lost control of his immediate family has no moral stabdard to lead others. a man who is so low that he can sleep with his daughter inlaw in no manner is qualified to be a public figure. what can young ppl learn from a morally dead man? such man can never be a role model to any youth with good ambitions. |

@Ranosky @kilakhan, stop worrying urself over this topic. for me, i am only waiting for the next comparism. if u have been arround on this forum, u will agree with me that mikel has been practically compared to every player in the world including song, martins, haruna and anyone u can think of. my expectations in the coming days is that mikel will either be compared to obama or mandela because there is no player left to be compared with him. at the end of the day, mikel is the best nigeria has at the moment. |
Politics / Re: Obasanjo’s Govt Promoted Corruption — Reps ! by chidichris(m): 8:27am On Aug 07, 2010 |
My respect for OBJ grows in leaps and bounds by the day. Whatever people say/think about him, he always speaks up! Whether or not curruption was common in his regime, it's been no more rampant than what obtained under IBB and the rest before him. I even think Yar's regime was more currupt and ineffective, albeit more conservative! @daddyo, if ur respect for obj likes, let it fly but be resy assured that nigerians are not fools. at his age, if his hands are clean, he is supposed to give room for younger generations to try their luck in the leadership of this country. he is not corrupt and he has been arround since 1999 and in the midst of plenty of money and resources, he could not make available power supply, good roads, security, medical facilities and sound education. how can mr. corruption discuss corruption? he openly told oyo ppl that adedibu was too old to be reformed so they shld manage him and that is coming from an animal in the name of a president. where have u ever had that a thug chased out a seating governor in this world? only under obj and with his support. even in hell, chris uba was supposed to face hanging for disruption of democracy. he is only insulting the lawmakers because they disappointed him on the 3rd term agenda. look at all the ppl he called criminals, they are all back in pdp now and they are no more criminals. how long can this old fool that is not even in control of his family decieve us nigerians. under normal circumstances, any man that is not in control of his family can never be a public servant. a fool who is always fighting with journalists and making fool of himself while addressing the public. where else can a president tell the nation that an election is going to be a do or die? if he is not corrupt, how can a seating attorney general die under his regime without any trace of the killers? |
