I had tried the HU ("Hue" sound repetition rather sceptically. I was wary of not calling the name of any other being not Jesus.

Was I getting it wrong? My experiences how ever proved my suspicion unfounded. I would dream of beautiful places and scenery and report some here on Nairaland to the author of the thread.

This is not to mention revelatory dreams. One of which was about the pulpit of a veru famous Nigerian black magician who came in the name of Jesus on TV. You know him...

While I would not go deep into speaking in tongues in the real sense of it, I would like to compare this with using of sound frequencies as I later discovered here on Nairaland. Thanks to the Eckankar thread.

I found Eckankar takes it several miles ahead, the idea of linking anyone to the Holy Spirit via sound waves.

As someone who hadn't spoken in tongues other than mock it, it felt very very odd and funny developing my vocabulary of "tongues".

I was expecting the moment that one would suddenly begin speaking in tongues naturally and effortlessly. After all, it is the Spirit, a real and tangible force manifesting through me and not me per se...

No wonder, one deeperlife guy 'maintained his lane' and went with the singular "hai hai hai hai hai" back at home when the deeper life church Sharp Corner Maraba (Abuja) do their prayers.

His own was what inspired our laughter and gest.

I will later catch-up on things and begin to speak in tongues and even diversify my tone, diction, vocabulary and especially the believe in the act.
But of course! How the brain creates new circuitry repeats or rerun along this circuit which we know as "ability"and referred elsewhere as 'Mental Groove's is an object of scientific study.

The technique of using the"Huuuuu" sound is essentially about using frequencies. You want to research about frequencies which science is just scratching the surface of.
