Please how is TEF exam on computer ?
1-For CE can you see all questions on the screen at the same time in case you want to start from like ther easier questions.

2-For writing what is the keyboard like? Is it french or english?
3-Does it have accent signs?
4-Will you be given a piece of paper at least to jot down our 3 points before typing

5-For CO ,can you view all questions so you can start from Q40 to Q50 or do are the questions displayed to correspond to the exact audio playing?

Is it like Prepmyfuture where you must click to view the next question?

Hi, I wrote IELTS with MOD two weekends ago. Yes, there is adequate spacing. They typically admit 20 candidates per test venue. They give you headphones. You come with your pencils for L,R,W sections. You use a general pen which they sanitize after anyone touches it to sign the attendance sheet. I wrote twice with MOD in the last one month. My first experience was bad because they weren't organized in that center and there was a power cut during my listening section and I missed answering 4 questions. After several emails, I was offered a free retake of the test. My second test was a much better experience, they were very organized. I wish you all the best.

A1 is beginner, C2 is native speaker.

Hi all ,for results what is the equivalent of having a CLB 7.
Is it A1 or A2 or B1.
Also is A1 like 50% out of 100.
I just need guidance.

I would say be ready to it without. Our experiences have been varied. Some have been given a few minutes to make meaningful notes, others haven't. Worst case, be prepared to have a few points in your head. See here some EO samples posted by Njbybrthnly, you should memorize questions that can apply across a variety of topics for part A of EO. When does it open/start? How much will it cost? Are children allowed? etc

For part B, you will give a synopsis of the subject before you and subsequently your comments will depend on what the examiner says to you. However, you can already be armed with a few come-back lines. See here

Please during speaking (EO) can one be looking at his/her paper where points have been noted and speak from it or you have to speak looking/focusing on the examiner.

Must the email address for reference letter be an official email address of the referee or can it personal email .or both will be fine.

Meaning for CE if one gets 35/50 which is like 210/300 =70
CO if one gets 41/60 which is like equal to 264/360 = 68%
Is it how it works/marked?

What if the letter is been issued by direct supervisor /manager who is not willing to state amount (that it's HR to state that) but is willing to mention in the letter that salary is mentioned in employment letter which shall be attached.Will such suffice?

If yes how can one a letter of introduction for such a company?(The company is no more on existence)

How old can a reference letter from current employer be as they can't be writing every time? Can it be 1 or 2 or 3 months old?

Is it mandatory for salary figure to be mentioned in the reference letter?

Hello Chigrad,

In this case as explained, it would be best to write a separate LOE to address and clearly explain to the VO for proper understanding.

You can get a reference letter from both company which would also address the conditions and agreed contracts. This would support the employment letter gotten from Company A.

The address thingy is optional.

If you have subscribed for tef, AF will automatically pay for the package and give you the login. If you haven't, I'll advise you practise with the 250 activities first, pending when you register and they pay for you.

The pictures were in back and white at AF Ikoyi as at Jul 2019 if I remember correctly.

True/False for the last 10 questions are still multiple choice, you shade A or B.

For the last 10 questions on homonyms do you just choose an option of (yes or no )or you have to write words? an example I read has choosing yes or no.

Repeating questions,...... do you mean the stereo playing a question more than once? If so, some questions are repeated and some aren't. Check out youtube/google for exam samples to fully get a grasp of what to expect....also the official site has sample papers.

Both CO and CE are multiple choice only.
