Three years experience is perfect writing an SOP on dis post bacc dip is still not going to fly, no matter d reason, dis would 've fly few years back. CIC system of approval has changed. Is ida A or B not tin like A or C.

The bold is wrong, they are not equal. Do ur research very well, if u can get MBA just as @thesoj suggested it would be cool but don't carry that OT that the bold are equal. Order for ur GCMS asap and refire.

I believe I did as I also involved some people to proof read before submission was done.

I couldn't get admission into any school that offered Masters cos I finished with a 2:2. Thought Post Baccalaureate Diploma was also equivalent to a PgD. Pls what can I do. Are there schools that would admit me for a Masters degree with a 2:2

I don't know why the vo thinks 3 years as a business development analyst isn't enough to show progression to your intended program. Pls gurus in the house can share more light on this

Your experience is kul, but why going for post - baccalaureate diploma, "dis d issue", ur current intended degree is equivalent to ur previous degree.. go for a PGD or MASTERS wit an SOP u will b fine. U can still order u GCMS file, if dere is anytin d VO saw an draft down dat wasn't tip on ur delay slip.

First degree is BSc in Chemistry
Program applied for is Post Baccalaureate Diploma in business Administration
Although 3 years work experience as a Business Development analyst

But I feel maybe ur previous program isn't in line with ur previous. sharing ur profile will enable more people in the house to advise accordingly

Good day house. Pls would need your kind response. If one has gotten his student VISA and has arrived Canada and then decides to defer to the following semester due to some health challenge, can one still apply for SOWP with the deferment or you have to be in class before you're eligible to apply for your spouse.

And request for transcript. Everything is done online. You won't be attended to if you go to transcript office

If there is any need to or any doubt about authenticity of the document(s) issued by the employer, they will contact for verification. Ordinarily,nobody can say they contact employers as a routine or not.
It will depend on how your case add up and how it doesn't. Just make sure all your documents are genuine and have valid contact address.

Well I think u should know d documents that were submitted by your agents first, before u can defend yourself. And if a fraudulent document was submitted by them without your knowledge, I think u should involve a lawyer. I stand to be corrected

Good Evening fellow forumites, I have a very big issue i will like you guys to help me thrash honestly and also help me with suggestions on the best possible actions to take on this issue.

Specifically July, 2016 , i applied for PGC programme in Canada, my applications were filled with many complications and i had already given up hope considering the fact that , it's PGC and there are many commas in my application based on self evaluation. I kept checking my application status online after several unsuccessful attempt to link the application online. Lest i forget, i used an Agent called GVC(Genuine Visa Consult), Please beware of these guys, they are just after your money and they charge crazy fees for packaging rubbish and have also put me on a knife edge. Now this evening i received a mail from CIC, with some damning accusations and implication on my application. From their statement i stand a chance of been ban for 5 years from entering Canada if found guilty. THIS IS THE MAIL BELOW;

I have reviewed your application and documents you submitted in its support. Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act.

I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by section 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, which states:

16(1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

I have concerns that you misrepresented your (or your financial sponsor’s) current employment and the source of funding for your proposed studies in Canada. You did so both in your answers on the application form and through the submission of fraudulent employment and/or financial sponsorship documents.

Furthermore, pursuant to paragraph 10(2)(c.1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations:

10(2) The application shall, unless otherwise provided by these Regulations
…
(c.1) if the applicant is represented in connection with the application, include the name, postal address and telephone number, and fax number and electronic mail address, if any, of any person or entity — or a person acting on its behalf — representing the applicant

Based on your submissions, I have concerns that you have omitted to declare that you used a compensated representative to facilitate the submission of your application. Your application contains evidence that it was facilitated by the same person or entity as many other applications received by this office. Based on our research this is a compensated representative. I therefore have concerns that you misrepresented this information either through omission or through failing to indicate that the representative was compensated.


Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application, you may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years according to section 40(2)(a):

40(1) A permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation (a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act

40(2) The following provisions govern subsection (1): (a) the permanent resident or the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a period of five years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection (1) or, in the case of determination in Canada, the date the removal order is enforced.

I would like to give you an opportunity to respond to this information. I will afford you fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter to make any representations in this regard. Please use the address noted on this letter for all correspondence, and clearly indicate your file number. If you do not respond to this request within the time outlined above, your application will be assessed based on the information available, which will likely result in a refusal.

The above Mail was what greeted me this evening, Please who have experienced or encountered such before and How did you respond to the queries, i don't mind a visa refusal but my fear is the 5 year Ban.
